  1. Nick's is open and coordinating a tailgate outside?
  2. I don't think you understand how mock drafts work.
  3. I don't get it. Bum hips and 13 on the Wonderlic. Thank God we don't need a QB.
  4. Where I am is that if someone says, "n word, please!" in a joking manner, that's bad. But when someone says, casually, "hey, n word," it's a lot worse. The first is an attempt at humor in poor taste. The second is indicative of something more, IMO.
  5. I agree 100%. And his usage of this word in this context, to me, says he should never be sponsored again.
  6. It just seemed very natural and casual to him. Like saying to a friend, "hey, dick.head." Except he used the N word. That's not good.
  7. Awesome share, thanks for posting. I love what Palmer is doing. My only fear is that it gets too big and players get less one-on-one direction/coaching. I'd just hate to see it get watered down. From day one, I've loved the relationship Allen and Darnold are building. It's all very cool to watch unfold.

  9. If he takes a RB in the 2nd round, I'll kick my dog's urn.
  10. You're in the Hall of Incredibly Okay.
  11. I actually like it better, because McNabb was awesome. Poor bastard had it rough since the exact moment he was drafted. All he did was carve out (in my opinion) a Hall of Fame career.
  12. Okay, fine, LOL. One QB since 1999 who's scored less than 16 has proven to be successful. That's one QB in 21 years, so my point is still made.
  13. They both sucked. Tyrod had years to do something and all he did was suck. EJ didn't have those kinds of unchallenged chances.
  14. I'm not willing to go back to 99, but I love me some McNabb!!! 2000 is the cutoff.
  15. Since 2000, not one QB who's scored less than 16 has proven to be successful for more than a year or two.
  16. I don't want to turn an EJ thread into a Tyrod thread. So I'll just say that EJ didn't divide the locker room. EJ didn't quit when the going got tough. EJ never pulled out the race card. EJ was a true pro. He wasn't the best QB ... he wasn't even a good QB ... but he was always professional and he always gave everything he had. He never blamed others - especially hiding behind the color of his skin, even though he was put into a crap situation from day one. And for that ... I respect EJ.
  17. Could've, would've, should've won that game. Bills had the game won and the defense lost it in the end. Plus, Sam took a nice vacation in London while his teammates played a football game.
  18. It's no secret that I was a huge EJ fan/supporter. I still maintain that he was a better QB than Tyrod. I still maintain he looked better than Tyrod in practices. I still maintain that he looked better than Tyrod in preseason. And I still maintain that the rotten piece of ***** ***** who is Rex Ryan had his simple little mind made up the day he stupidly went out and got Taylor. Was EJ a good QB when it was all said and done? No. He certainly was not. But he couldn't have been drafted into a shittier situation if he tried; the Bills were an absolute mess. And he was/could have been better than that a-hole, Tyrod ever dreamed of being.
  19. I am a hand-shaker, by nature. I extend my hand whenever I meet anyone and whenever I see anyone. I'm done.
  20. Shaking hands really is a disgusting ritual. I'd never given it a thought until this pandemic happened. But, really ... it's a pretty unsanitary practice. I think a lot of people will wear masks, even post-vaccine. I think people will be socially distant more consciously. I had to rearrange my office so no one sits closer than 6 ft. away from any co-worker. I can see that sticking ... which will be problematic, long-term. My hope is that a significant number of people in our country accept that this is a game-changer and that viruses aren't political creatures. My fear is that a more significant number of people in our country will dig in, interpret it as an opportunity for government to take away our civil rights, and end up refusing to keep themselves and others safe just to say, "ain't no one tellin' me how to live my life." When one would think something like this would bring the country together, it's been divisive. Unfortunately, it's a sign of the times and a sign of the current state of our country/federal government.
  21. Very cool! Was this set before or after Mr. Drummond adopted Arnold and Willis?
  22. I've give that a good finger-pickin'.
  23. This doesn't even make it move a little.
  24. Are there hats and jerseys? Can we do this over Zoom? Am I allowed to play?
