  1. That fight for the first down on Thanksgiving gives me wood every time I watch it. Josh Allen wants it more than every single QB we've had since Kelly, combined.
  2. Yeah, Edberg's short game was awesome. So many great players in that era. I never took lessons as a kid, either. Never had enough confidence in my game to try out. I used to hit the board at the school courts. The coach encouraged me to try out. I made the B team; doubles and that was it, LOL. I haven't played in years. Last time I did, I did something to my rotator cuff and haven't played since. A couple years ago, my brother suggested we get out on the courts. I bought a cheapie Head racket and a can of balls. Bastard bailed on me and I still have yet to play.
  3. They all sucked. Jury is still out on McDermott, but the Patriots are still the Bills' daddy after three years of his tenure. It is absolutely pathetic how the Bills, Dolphins and Jets have sucked for so long. Better days are ahead, though. Finally.
  4. I always tried that sweet (the sweetest, ever) drop shot. He was so fun to watch. Masterful. Always played with Dunlop rackets. First the Black Max. Then the Max 200G (which Steffi Graf also used - and she was my favorite women's player).
  5. I think she was just curious and I actually think it's pretty cool. And I'm not just saying that because she looks hot in white jeans, either.
  6. I think the joke thread is over on Off the Wall. But this is a good one!
  7. I won't disagree with this. Drops, missed blocks, dumb penalties, general lack of execution ... they've all plagued the offense. Like you said .. everyone - players and coaches - needs to step it up a notch.
  8. Josh absolutely needs to be better (I'm going to edit my post) and I've always maintained that. I just think that, throughout their tenures with the Bills, Josh Allen has been a better QB than Brian Daboll has been an OC. And Allen has continually improved/adjusted. But yes ... they both certainly need to better (and smarter).
  9. And what you're saying supports what I've been saying from day 1 ... Brian Daboll needs to be better and Sean McDermott needs to see to it. The Baltimore Ravens' coaching staff made an MVP out of a mediocre at best QB. How? By realizing and utilizing his strengths and surrounding him with the necessary talent. The talent is here. Daboll needs to be better. EDIT: As much as I think Daboll needs to be better, I also believe Josh needs to be better. No more excuses.
  10. Listen here, pothead! I edited my post!!! And my 2.0 version will include you so we can discuss!
  11. That is fantastic, man. I'm glad you were finally able to open. Gyms were scheduled to re-open up here (Capital District) next Wednesday as we enter Phase 4. However, an 11th hour change came through yesterday and said gyms, malls and movie theaters will NOT be part of Phase 4. Still very much in limbo. I know other small business owners, as well as some furloughed workers ... this has been downright brutal. I'm glad to hear you could make it through and get your doors back open. Cheers!
  12. Oh, so you're a pirate. I keed. I keed. Awesome deal for $13/month!! Thanks for splainin' !!
  13. Had no idea you owned a gym. Are you able to open yet?
  14. And Disney+ is just Disney movies/shows (children's programming)?
  15. No clue, re: PFF. I was talking about ESPN+. I still don't even know what Disney+ is, LOL.
  16. I did not realize that you took those pics. Very cool. Where were you?
  17. He spoke his mind. That's too far for a lot of people because he is black .. a lot of people in this thread, and a lot of people in the U.S. It's disgusting and sad.
  18. I reckon. We should just move on and forget about this.
  19. My pull rope has a red plastic handle on it. I must have paid extra. I don't remember.
  20. It's actually about rape. "Have a Cigar" is about getting used and abused by record companies. But "Rape Me" was written by Cobain as an anti-rape song. It was edgy, but powerful. Wasn't a radio hit then, and certainly wouldn't be now. But I think it could be written and recorded today.
  21. Jesus. We tried. Too soon. Back to the kiddie table, Tedward.
  22. Again ... Bubba Wallace had exactly 0% to do with the discovery, or the report, of the noose.
