  1. When I was married, I did 90% of the cooking.
  2. I honestly don’t understand what you were trying to say in your original post. Can you try to rephrase?
  3. Absof*ckinglutely. Beane’s second round picks don’t even count!!
  4. Saturday was unseasonably warm and I chose to go on a short cruise on beautiful Lake George, knowing Sunday was going to be rainy and cold. I’m not sure about you, but I work Monday through Friday. I sacrifice enough Sundays watching the Bills. A couple weeks ago, I even hung out in my kitchen listening to the Bills on the radio. Those are four hours I could have been doing something a hell of a lot more meaningful. It’s just a game. I’m going to remember that Lake George cruise 10 years from now. I won’t remember any NFL game that was played this past Sunday.
  5. Perhaps you don’t have better things to do, like finding new adventures and making meaningful memories. I was like that in my 20s. Hell, I was even like that in my 30s and 40s when I was enduring a miserable marriage. In those days, yes - Sundays were all about football. Life changes and so do personal priorities and goals. If someone wants to spend an entire day off watching football, more power to them. If I didn’t have anything better - or in this past Sunday’s case - more important, to do, then yes - I’d have parked my ass on the couch and watched football. But I did. And, thankfully, I usually do. You wanna judge? Knock yourself out.
  6. We only park in the garage when it snows (or if it’s below zero). Once spring comes, the lawnmower, leaf blower, weed whacker, hedge trimmer, bicycles, wheel barrow, lawn fertilizer, fishing gear, coolers, power washer, etc., are in the garage until right about now (funk soul brutha). As of about 5 minutes ago, the only thing in the way of two vehicles parking inside the garage are my lawn mower and spreader (gotta get step 4 down after the leaves are gone). Everything else is either neatly stowed on shelves, down in the cellar, or out in the shed. Gave the floor a nice sweeping for the finishing touch.
  7. If I’m home and inside, it’s background noise. Today I’ll be cleaning out the garage in preparation for winter, going grocery shopping, cleaning, then cooking dinner. I doubt my TV will even be on before the 4pm games.
  8. I once won a contest dressed up as Don King.
  9. It’s because the murderer is still on the wall.
  10. Last night?? He’s had a lot of terrible 4th quarters.
  11. There was no veil. The only thing Fitz didn’t do was come out and say Dorsey’s name. Regardless, it was a clear call-out.
  12. Fitz is not only my favorite Bill, he’s my favorite NFL player. As far as Bills go, I’d say Fitz and Fred are easily top 2. The rest of this list is debatable.
  13. As long as The McDermott Cushion is part of the game plan, it really doesn’t matter who we have on the field.
  14. I’ve had good luck with Joe’s Nameplates in Winslow. @Pine Barrens Mafia
  15. You’re right. I forgot to include the insane number of lucky INTs our defense hauled in throughout the regular season, which actually DID have something to do with us winning. If my memory is correct, TuhROD had two actually good games - Miami and Seattle - that season.
  16. Andy Dalton had more to with getting to the playoffs than our own QB did. That is a fact.
  17. Dennison got fuct with that piece of crap TuhROD … but he still got my vote.
  18. I feel like, when the chips are down, Josh has historically (and figuratively) curled up into a fetal position, stick his thumb in his mouth and rocked himself to sleep. I feel like he made an improvement in that area a couple years ago, but something set him back at the 1/4 mark of last season and it’s clearly carried over into this season. My “lazy” comment was in reference to the reports that he’s not a diligent film watcher. And to Gunner’s earlier point, he seems to have regressed with regard to reading defenses. I have been a Josh fan since the second we drafted him and I still am. But something is amiss.
  19. I think the “Josh is lazy,” narrative may be true. Add lazy to mentally fragile and this is what you get.
  20. The Bills don’t care because of guaranteed money.
  21. I’m gonna look into this. Buckles would be great.
  22. “Once a coach loses his locker room, he should be fired and replaced with a coach who cares more about winning football games than trying to be the most honorable team in NFL history.” - Gugny
  23. Beane ignored the need for a WR2.
