I thought he and Josh put in the exact same work in the offseason working with Jordan Palmer. What boggles my mind about Darnold is that he still makes rookie mistakes pretty regularly. I think a lot of that has to do with being on arguably the worst team in the league, led by the worst HC in the league and Darnold is surrounded by nearly zero talent. He's trying to make things happen out of desperation.

If he didn't wear eyeliner and mascara, I would probably have verified it before opining.

Carr's little venting session to the media is indicative of poor leadership. Overall, Carr had a pretty decent game and has played well this season. His comments basically boil down to him calling out his teammates. No bueno.

Raiders proved themselves to be nearly as dirty as the Jets. I think it was a good decision in this game.

I, personally, thought it was a TD. But it was too close to overturn. Had they called it a TD, it would have stood. They called it incomplete and it stood. The ref didn't say it was "confirmed," which indicates it was simply too close to change the call.

It was also nice to see the D hold LA to 3 points in the third.

Oh, I am enjoying the season, don't get me wrong! These games are closer than they should be, though. I'm losing years every effin' Sunday!
