  1. Yep. It is getting exhausting. I used to have a local FM station that broadcasted Bills games every week. They no longer do. One of the games earlier in the season was not on our local FOX/CBS affiliate. I’d already decided that I wasn’t going to a bar, so I tried to fine a streaming site. Every one I found wanted me to sign up, which I was not comfortable doing. I couldn’t fine anything on the radio apps. After a good hour of scouring the net, I found some random radio station online that was broadcasting the game. I don’t mind listening to games on the radio. I wish it was easier, though.
  2. I missed an entire season of Mets games one year when SNY and Spectrum had a dispute. I ended up getting the MLB audio subscription and listened to all the games on WFAN.
  3. I doubt anyone likes it. During the drought, I spent most Sundays belly up to a bar so I could watch the Bills. I’m in Jets/Giants territory. As much as I disliked it … I got it. I haven’t had to go to a bar in years now that the Bills are good and the NJ teams are trash. Ots just the way the cookie crumbles. This is nothing new. I probably averaged $40 every time I went out to see a Bills game. Im gonna pay $5.99 to watch them on Saturday. I think it’s all about perspective.
  4. How is it different? Let me paraphrase/summarize: ”Hi, everyone!! I own a Bills Backer bar! We will be showing the Bills game LIVE for all of you local Bills fans! I’m probably gonna make a shitton of money from all of you and I thank you! However … I am not here for your patronage … I am here for your pity. Yes … I could come to my own bar and watch the game with all of you. But I’d really rather watch it at home. But apparently the taxes that I pay somehow DO NOT INCLUDE free access to a paid streaming service that is necessary to have access to if I want to watch the game. Sure … my bar has access. Sure … I have a login and a password that I can use at home. But … after DECADES of supporting a team that has generally been horrible, now that they’re actually GOOD, I will be DAMNED if I will let the NFL dictate that I actually log in to paramount.tv!!! The time has come to take a stand!!! For what, you ask? I don’t f*cking know. BUT THIS IS THE TIME!! P.S. - I’ll be watching the game at home if you want to pop over.”
  5. Vehicles, prescription drugs and beer. That’s what we get during NFL games. Never once has a commercial had a thing to do with any of my purchases.
  6. You're really reaching to make a point. And has a commercial ever prompted you to buy anything, ever? Seriously.

  8. They can’t have access, or don’t have access because they don’t want it?
  9. It is SIX EFFIN’ DOLLARS.
  10. This is a strange hill to die on.
  11. Roseanne. The character and the real person.
  12. Maybe he has COVID. 🤷‍♂️
  13. Yes. But a little extra theatrics when getting bumped on the sideline can’t hurt.
  14. Receivers should take a page from his book. Flop away, baby! Gimme them 15 yards!
  15. @BBFL - why are you amused by this?

    2023 Concerts

Went to see Tony DeSare last night at the Strand Theatre in Hudson Falls, NY. DeSare is a Hudson Falls native crooner who’s managed to make a nice career for himself. Magnificent night of great music, ranging from Rhapsody in Blue, to some originals, Christmas classics and old jazz standards. Great personality and sense of humor. This video is not from last night, but it is identical to what he did perform. A nice showcase of his sense of humor:
  17. You’re talking about a punter who hadn’t even made the team yet. The Bills did have choices. They made the right choice.
  18. The one thing that stuck out to me in that game is how often I thought a flag was thrown because some Chiefs players were wearing yellow cleats! 😂
  19. @CountryCletus
  20. Proud graduate of the McDermott School of Accountability!
  21. Holy collagen. Yuck.
  22. I watched American Idol for years. Then stopped for years. Then watched it again for a couple years. It got too staged for me, so I let it go. I have been watching the Voice for the past couple years and I enjoy it. Talent is far better than Idol and I like the judges and the format. Moat importantly, they don’t give any air time to idiots just looking for attention.
  23. Most teams can’t say that after 5 years.
