Not gonna opine (publicly) on Rodgers, because I'm sure my view is tainted by my belief that he's one of the biggest douchebags walking the planet. But I will say that I am shocked (and pleased) that Beasley has been able to keep himself off of social media to chime in on this situation/support Rodgers. I hope that mute button has been superglued down for the rest of the season.

10:53 AM PT -- Cops tells us Ruggs was behind the wheel, driving his Chevrolet Corvette, when he crashed into a Toyota Rav4 around 3:39 AM. The Toyota caught on fire ... and first responders located a deceased person in the SUV. Ruggs was transported to a local hospital for treatment. Cops tell us the NFL star showed "signs of impairment" at the scene ... and they will be charging him with DUI resulting in death.

I think this is a great thread and I find myself defending Singletary nearly non-stop around here. It's the same old, "just want to be right," crowd who takes a stance when a player is drafted, then tries to twist reality into fitting their narrative for said player's entire career.
