I agree with this. The Ravens have been hit by the injury bug worse than I think I've ever seen. Am I comparing hamstrings, ankles, etc., to COVID? No, I'm not. But unavailable = unavailable. This is why teams have depth. Make them play.

New Yorkers have been driving to Mass to get weed/edibles for years. That doesn't mean people buy it, consume it, then drive home. I think most buy it, bring it home, then consume it. Just like most people do with alcohol.
