I love when people tell other people - especially people they’ve never met - how those people should spend their money. Especially someone who spends his money to live in Cleveland.

How many OLEDs could he have bought with that money?? Two or three?

I’ll use “brother,” but not bro. I think “brother” is more of a term of endearment and I have no problem saying it or being on the receiving end.

Bills/Giants Super Bowl. Flipped a quarter. Heads - I’d root for Buffalo. Tails - I’d root for NY. Declared that whichever team I landed on, I’d be a fan for life. Heads, it was and here I am.

I’ve wondered about tipping pitches many times over the years. For whatever reason, with Díaz, it never crossed my mind. But who knows? It could even be some of both. I know I’m being a bit harsh on the team and the manager. I just despise uninspired baseball. Bit the reality is, they’ve lost quite a few a) close games and b) games in which they held a late lead. I’m sure it’s frustrating, but I’d rather see them play smarter, harder and more disciplined. Lots of baseball left!

Look, Chachi … read what I wrote again. Twice. I didn’t wish injury on him. And you keep making this about players not named Aaron Rodgers. What does Allen have to do with this topic? Nothing. What do the thugs and wife beaters in the NFL have to do with this topic? Nothing. This topic is about Rodgers. I said he’s a douche and if he got hurt, it wouldn’t upset me. That’s not difficult to comprehend. Unless you go down the whataboutism road and start twisting words. Which is exactly what you’re doing. Stay on topic and stop trying to turn what I said into something you wish I said so the drivel you’re spouting would somehow make sense. Love ya. 😘

What are you? Some sort of doctor?!?

When a team plays with zero passion in MAY, that is the sign of horrible (or no) leadership. I never thought about Díaz tipping pitches. Thought he had to be hurt. I just hope it’s not his knee. If they need to shut him down for the year again, I wouldn’t be sad. I hope they can turn things around and at least get 83 wins.

I would never disagree that Rodgers is one of the best ever. And I’m also not comparing him to other players (on or off the field). I don’t enjoy the whataboutism game. The fact (yes, fact) is that he is attention wh.ore, douchebag, conspiracy theorist. The world needs fewer of those. So his ***** entire leg could disintegrate while he’s hugging his parents and I wouldn’t shed a tear.

Diaz is no surprise. I think we all knew he was hurt. As long as Pete is healthy by the trade deadline. We just need to get A LOT for him. I was just about to post a link to the story about the reliever. I think our manager might be in over his head. This is exactly why I did not (and never) want a rookie manager. He’s lost the team in record time. Wow!

I’m never happy when a player gets injured (except for Julian Edelman - f*ck him). But I’m not always sad about it, either. This one doesn’t make me sad. At all.

Tough to watch. Very uninspired baseball. Our “stars” (position players) have been crap. I Pete knows he’s gone. I don’t think he’s consciously checked out, but his performance has been meh. Lindor’s slow starts have become ridiculous. The blown saves have to be at a record-setting pace at this point. It’s crazy. I feel bad for the starters who’ve been pitching well and keeping us in games. Gonna be interesting to see who goes besides Pete. I’m still very optimistic about 2025 and beyond.

I’m perfectly fine with the arm punt when it makes sense.

Are you looking to throw down? I will drive Horseheads right now and snap you in two, you pinko.

Nope. I haven’t heard Ed Werder’s name in years. They’re keeping people who viewers watch and listen to. Age discrimination is very real. Believe me … as you know, I was searching for a job at 52 and got no chance at more than a handful that I was very qualified for. But being laid off at 64 isn’t the same. His career ran its course. It’s an entertainment channel/forum and they’re not looking to lure boomers in.
-
Most large U.S. corporations are - and have been. Ed Werder is 64-years-old and has been making a lot of money for decades. He’ll be okay.
-
His philosophy with regard to rookies has been one of his most glaring flaws. Hoping he can let his arrogance stop getting in the way.

I don’t know if it’s CTE or mental illness, but AB’s head is not right. His story is sad, more than anything else, to me.
