  1. This is what Denver did with Mile High, I believe.
  2. If the Bills lose to the Bengals in the AFC Championship game this year, THIS IS WHY!!!!
  3. But don't forget ... Keyshawn Johnson says that the Bills never win any games because of Josh Allen.
  4. Good chances are that I'll be at the Bar Bill in EA on Sat. night.
  5. 🤏
  6. My first (and last) time trying sushi was a horrible experience. It was at a work event and a co-worker knew I'd never had it. I specifically said that the thought of eating raw fish was not appealing to me. She told me that not all sushi had raw fish and said, "here ... try this one." Turned out to be raw eel and had no choice but to eat it, as I was surrounded by co-workers. Horrendous. My mind was made up that day that I'd never try any kind of sushi again. This was about 15 years ago and the streak is alive and well.
  7. Looks more like Giants, Cowboys and Redskins Day to me.
  8. I had no idea Mike Stanton's son is on the Yankees. That's pretty cool.
  9. Spend my days with a woman unkind Smoked my stuff and drank all my wine Made up my mind, make a new start Goin' to California with an achin' in my heart Someone told me there's a girl out there With love in her eyes and flowers in her hair
  10. I knew I could safely get 25 miles after the light went on in the Fit. I've only driven the Frontier to "E" one time. When I filled it, my guess (based on how much gas it took) is that I'm probably safe for ~30 miles after the light comes on. In the Fit, I reset the odometer at every fill-up, but that was because I was commuting. I no longer do that. It actually felt a little liberating!
  11. When I drove my Honda Fit, I would drive it to "E" before filling up, because it was just a 10 gallon tank and I was getting over 400 miles/tank. When I bought the Frontier (current vehicle), I filled up at 1/2 tank. Since the hike in gas prices, I fill up when I hit 3/4 tank. Luckily, my driving is minimal now and I only fill it up about once/week.
  12. Are people really upset with the OP because they thought he announced his own death? That doesn't sound like an OP problem to me.
  13. @Chef Jim

  18. This is crazy. They OWE us an update.
  19. I just had to look. Actually, the Yankees lost 3 in a row back in May also. Dropped a double-header to the ChiSox, then lost to Baltimore the next day. Yankees have lost twice in a row six times and three times in a row twice. Mets have lost twice in a row six times and three times in a row once (at the end of June). We face each other twice at the end of July and twice at the end of August. Should be fun!
  20. I think it's a shtick. And .. just as with Nick Wright .. it seems to be working.

  23. Since I began working from home (and stopped commuting an hour each morning), I no longer listen to ESPN Radio. I always enjoyed Keyshawn Johnson, but I've also always been perplexed at how much he digs in on his anti-Josh Allen stance. To say that the Bills don't win because of Josh Allen is nothing short of stupid. And I don't think Keyshawn Johnson is a stupid person, so this is an obvious troll job. I remember Golic digging in on Mahomes not being the real deal. But that lasted like one season before he backed down. Johnson is riding this wave way too long.
  24. I'm sorry to hear about your brother. About 12-13 years ago (I was just under 40), after days of having an excruciating headache (I never get headaches), I went to the doctor, thinking it may have been a sinus infection or something. Turns out, my BP was 225/135 or something close to that. The doctor began checking for signs of stroke and immediately sent me to the pharmacy to get a pill to crash my BP. Then set me up for all sorts of tests at the hospital. I've been on BP medicine ever since and have also been going to the doctor for regular checkups/bloodwork. It is very likely I would have died had I not gone to the doctor that day. Scary stuff.
