  1. I've often wondered how many prison inmates are actually named Bubba.
  2. deGrom vs. Fried tonight. Mets have done pretty well against him this year. Hopefully they can get to him right out of the gate and chase him early. After the first two games of this series, escaping with a split would be fantastic. #LFGM
  3. Way to take a stand against sexual assault, NFL!
  4. That was great! Bartender is hot, too!
  5. Because it wasn't known before today that his appendix actually ruptured.
  6. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/34412902/christian-mccaffrey-knocked-ground-fan-injured-scuffle-carolina-panthers-new-england-patriots-joint-practice Carolina Panthers star running back Christian McCaffrey was involved in a scuffle Wednesday during a joint practice with the New England Patriots that left a fan injured. McCaffrey, who was out of bounds, was knocked to the ground by Patriots defensive lineman Deatrich Wise Jr., who landed on the fan during the ensuing scrum. McCaffrey responded by spiking the ball at Wise's feet, sparking the fight that carried over into the stands.
  7. The redhead who won the teen division has a very punchable face.
  8. With the division lead they have, they're in no danger of locking up the AL East. I know the Yankees are more interested in having the best regular season record, but if this was the Mets in the same situation, I'd be happy (silver lining kind of happy) that the slump is taking place in August and not in October.
  9. Buddy Guy was also at the Experience Hendrix show and was fantastic. The way I see KWS' solo stuff is that it's a bunch of really, really bad songs wish really, really nice guitar solos. His songs aren't blues. They're some sort of reach to make blues popular. And unfortunately, they fail. He's a very likeable guy and an insanely gifted guitarist. His originals are just terrible. But he's still young enough to right the ship. I just don't think he will. As long as he's writing his own songs and attached to that lead singer, it'll never get better. It's a shame.
  10. I first saw KWS as part of the Experience Hendrix tour. He was phenomenal. Then I saw him as a headliner and it was borderline horrible. The only good songs were SRV or Hendrix covers. He can’t sing. His singer is terrible and has no stage presence. And KWS can’t write a song to save his life. Phenomenal guitar player. Phenomenal. But it takes more than that to be a headliner. When I saw him, Beth Hart opened. She was amazing. The crowd wouldn’t let her off the stage. Then KWS bored us to death. I’ll never pay to see him again, but I will definitely pay to see Beth Hart!
  11. Ouch! Translation: Wilson's gonna get us killed.
  12. I'm sure every OC in Buffalo since Kelly retired spent most of the preseason rolling their eyes. It was even worse when Reed and Thomas were also up their asses every day.
  13. #63 looked like he was ready to kick some ass!!
  14. I've been saying it for years, @eball. You had your turn, Jim. Your opinions mean nothing.

  16. In this role, Palmer will work with the coaching staff from each XFL team to create a thoughtful and advanced quarterback development program. By combining the physical therapy, strength training, and position coaching from each team into one program, XFL QBs will develop a deeper understanding of their game than ever before. Through the months of September to December, the XFL QBs will work with Palmer and focus on movement efficiency and throwing mechanics. In addition, the XFL QBs will be provided with an actionable plan for continuous development opportunities throughout the offseason and establish consistent remote consulting with Palmer and his team. https://www.oursportscentral.com/services/releases/jordan-palmer-joins-xfl-as-director-of-quarterback-development/n-5870548 (Warning: Lots of Russ Brandon and Doug Whaley quotes)

I am SO DONE with this team!
  21. That Denver O-Line is a great example of an entire unit being eligible for the HOF. Every RB they put behind that line had great numbers.
  22. Before I answer ... do you like black lace thongs?
  23. Probably in his living room. What's next? You gonna ask him what he's wearing??
