What's the backstory, here?

Gabe Davis played in 16 games in both 2020 and 2021.

I went to see Alice Cooper last night at the Palace Theater in Albany. Great show. I would not consider myself an Alice Cooper fan, but I've never heard a song of his that I didn't like. It was a lot of fun and the music was great. Band was tight. Mixed perfectly. I went with couple buddies of mine (brothers) who've attended multiple Alice Cooper shows over the years. Based on their reviews of prior shows, I was expecting a bit more gore, but as the show progressed, the level of gore did, too. Just not to the level I was anticipating. But that didn't take away from an overall VERY entertaining evening. The Palace is, hands down, my favorite venue to catch a show. With a capacity just under 3K, it's a nice, intimate setting and the theater itself is beautiful. Great acoustics on top of amazing architecture. The crowd demographic is what I think most would expect. A bunch of white boomers and Gen Xers, for the most part - but I did notice a few younger adults and a few people brought their children (I'd say 9-12 years old). We had ground level seats about halfway back and our view was excellent. Of course, I had a guy who went about 6'5" tall - and a Jim Ignatowski doppelganger, to boot - in front of me, but I could comfortably move to my left to enjoy an unobstructed view for the entire show. Most people, including me, stood for the entire set - which was about an hour and 45 minutes. I get bored pretty easily during most concerts I attend, but that didn't happen last night. I was worried that my unfamiliarity with his music would eventually lose me, but the few songs I didn't know were great. And this show is clearly more about the theatrics, which were perfect for the music. My ticket was $80 total and man, it was worth it. If/when he comes to town again, I'll be there. This was more of an, "I want to go because I've never seen him and I want to say I did," kind of show for me. For under $100, I'd highly recommend seeing Alice Cooper to anyone who likes rock and roll. Great audio and visual display and the people watching is an added bonus!!

Yeah, I get it. Last year, @Virgilcame by while my girlfriend and I were waiting and he had too many people/kids, too and couldn't wait that long. A few years back, a bunch of us @CountryCletus, @Beerball, @BringBackFergy had a party of ten. We got in after about 90 minutes. My first time there was probably 2013 and we walked in and got a seat with no wait at all. Crazy what being good does!!

Since the Bills got good again, I always anticipate a 60-90 minute wait, minimum, to get into the Bar Bill in EA. But they let you get drinks at the bar and drink them outside while you wait, so I'm fine with it.

Agreed and it's not even close. Whenever they open their mouths, it's either funny or informative. No ball washing. No forced mentions. Remember how many times we heard about J.J. Watt coming back from injury during the playoff game? I lost count at 4 billion.

The Mannings do it right, IMO. It seems we're all forced to watch/listen to the B Team. There are worse things in life and I'll deal. But my normal routine is to pump Bills games through the stereo and I don't know if I'll do that with this crew.

I'd rather listen to Yoko Ono scream in my face for 5 days than listen to Steve Levy scream for 3 hours.

This sucks. A LOT. Can anyone verify that the game will also be on ESPN2? I cannot find it anywhere and I'm hoping it's on ESPN2 with different announcers.

That is GREAT to know. Thanks!

That's a great idea to mix them up! Can you get one order of 10 like that?

Bar Bill. They have hot, extra hot and suicidal. I've had them all and when I got the suicidal wings, I could only eat seven before giving up. Extra hot will also make your eyes water.

I saw this earlier this morning. Very sad; just 71. I remember him as a coach, but not as a player. RIP.

You and I are 100% in alignment on everything you've stated. -
I never give you my number I only give you my situation And in the middle of investigation I break down

The Bills had the #1 scoring offense in the NFL last year. They're coming off a game in which they moved the ball AT WILL and scored 31 points against the defending Super Bowl champions. And you want them to switch things up?? You're driving yourself crazy with your "what if Josh gets hurt," paranoia. He has 3+ years under his belt as the starter and has not missed one game. Ride the wave, baby!!
-
Which is 7/game and I'm sure more than half of those were Josh's choice to run; not designed runs.

It seems like anyone can pull off a stadium tour these days. Frusciante is back, so the demand is, too. I was lucky enough to see them back in 2006 with Frusciante (I remember tickets cost me $41 for decent seats) at the Pepsi Arena (~19k seating) in Albany, so I'm good.

People look to me and say Is the end near, when is the final day? What's the future of mankind? How do I know, I got left behind Everyone goes through changes Looking to find the truth Don't look at me for answers Don't ask me, I don't know

I'm confused. I don't see any of those lyrics in the lyrics that Just Jack posted.
