  1. Shouldn't Tuel's head be on a Bill, not a Buffalo?
  2. Fitz will be starting by week 3. Locker will be cut the next day. It'll be Edwards-Fitz situation all over again.
  3. So true on all points. Goodwin is not a legit pass catching WR yet, needs to return kicks for now while developing at WR. Brad Smith is slow as balls and makes too much $$. Easley looks like a prototypical WR, has chemistry with Tuel (which we'll need in order to stand a chance against the Pats**) and he's an asset on special teams. I suspect he can make big plays if he gets the chance.
  4. Brad Smith is beyond useless. Takes 2 touchbacks on returnable kicks, then tries 2 returns and can't even get back to the 20. Can't catch, run, throw, return, BUT I liked him when he ran in the WIldcat.
  5. And he was running zig zags, unable to project the angle of the ball. Looks too raw to be a WR at this stage.
  6. Doubling down on this prediction.
  7. Wrong. Tuel played fine and is a LOCK for the roster. This game was a "get out alive" type of gameplan. He had very few chances to prove anything because the coaching was shielding him from any adversity. He made some nice plays considering.
  8. Nix was always high on Harrel.
  9. Everyone, please reconsider Graham as a lock! He's sooo bad. He dropped 7 passes (only caught 53.4% of targeted passes), lots of drops in college, 10 fumbles in 2 college seasons, cost us a victory vs Pats last year (even though everyone wanted to blame Fitz for the INT) he drops A LOT in practice, he is scared of contact based on how many he "alligator armed" last season. I just don't see any merits. No hands, zero instincts, no blocking ability or physicality whatsoever. Speed alone does not make a WR. There's no room for both Goodwin AND Graham. Goodwin has won.
  10. That was the lop-sided Cheatriot call of the week. It was a blatant hold and a borderline safety, but when Brady is involved, it goes 15 yards the other way. There is at least one of these every week.
  11. I mean he probably won't be fully healed from his "minor procedure," which used to be called "knee surgery."
  12. Just taking a shot in the dark with Tuel. It seems like Kolb has a good chance of injuring himself during preseason, and EJ may not be ready, so... Tuel Time.
  13. I'm puzzled as to why Graham is considered a lock after being one of the worst receivers in the entire NFL last season. In my eyes, he's too track-star and will be let go to accommodate Goodwin, the new track star. Kaufman (Nelson 2.0) has made a strong case for a roster spot. I see him ahead of Hogan or Rogers so far.
  14. Kolb was much worse than his stats suggest. He was locking on to receivers and throwing them slow balls into coverage, setting them up for failure. Almost had the pick 6. Nearly half of his passes were tipped at the line. Replace Kolb now.
  15. If you have Preseason>Live, simply install Hotspot Shield or another VPN. Pause the VPN while logging into NFL.com. Now, engage the VPN right before you press LAUNCH. Enjoy the game.
  16. Potential is the key. EJ could be like Kaepernick. Tuel could be an Aaron Rodgers. We already know that Kolb is Kolb.
  17. Kolb is finished competing with EJ. He now has to compete with Tuel, and he'll likely lose. Tuel is too good to even bother with Kolb at this point, IMO. Kiko vs Kelvin Sheppard. How is it possible that Kiko showed more skill and made more plays in 1 preseason quarter than Sheppard did over 32 games with the Bills? Kiko's TD break-up was textbook. Lawson. Unbelievable how well he played. I'm calling him the best LB of the bunch based on that game. Summers (FB). He provided the lead block on both of Goodwin's big returns. Deserves some credit.
  18. Seems that "Don't miss a minute of your favorite team's preseason games" is blatant false advertising in this case. I guess I'll get to watch this Sunday's game at 4:30 instead of 1:30, if I'm interpreting these rules correctly.
  19. I just got an email from NFL.com, trying to sell me the Preseason>Live package and it says "All nationally-broadcast Preseason games are blacked out" (weeks 1 and 3 are nationally-broadcast) and we all know home games that don't sell out get blacked-out (weeks 2 and 4). So, every game is blacked-out?! Is there any other way to watch any of these games? (I don't have NFL Network)
  20. The good news is that Megahand is finally starting in a 3-4 front. Brilliant! This is where he belongs and he has earned the right to start.
  21. The man labelled Kiko looks too thin. I'm guessing that is actually Brandon Kaufman.
  22. He was barely on the field because he's more of a 3-4 DE than the 4-3 DT they forced him into. So, those 3 PDs and 5 run stuffs were pretty substantial. He also had 4 blocked kicks which is a franchise record. He will get a lot more snaps in Pettine's system.
  23. Out with one stupid rule (tuck rule), in with another.
  24. NFL.com had him listed as the second to worst available free agent QB, just ahead of JaMarcus Russell.
