  1. On the other hand the Colts wind up with the first and third overall picks in the 2012 draft, landing franchise QB and RB (which is what Cleveland thought they had done).
  2. I thought they were dead
  3. Pretty sure there will be rock climbing by next spring. Zip line would be nice. My brother just bought a restaurant a couple blocks from the falls, hoping to open that in the spring as well. The state will be pumping money into the area sooner, not later. Lots of sales tax dollars are not being collected because of the current state of the area. Hope my bro does well!!
  4. If we didn't get the first down we would have gotten the ball back with enough time to score rather than give the ball back to Brady with enough field to run the clock out. I'll never crucify a coach for trying to keep the ball out of Brady's hanks. Should have gone for it an let the chips fall where they fall.
  5. Sorry, guess I skipped over this one.
  6. CNNSI has us cracking the top 30 at #27 http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/nfl/news/20130905/nfl-power-rankings-season-preview-baltimore-ravens-seattle-seahawks/?sct=hp_t1t_a2&eref=sihp
  7. The man the K-Gun was named after http://www.buffaloru...-huddle-offense Did not realize he was a great college basketball player. Trivia - what other Bill's tight end led his college basketball team to a national championship (albeit Div. III) http://www.wabash.ed...fm?news_ID=7720
  8. Lived fast, died young. RIP.
  9. Zorn was an undrafted rookie in 75, made the Cowboys roster but was cut later (make room for Preston Pearson), Seattle claimed him off waivers and he was their starter in 76. Read it on the world wide web so it has to be true http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jim_Zorn
  10. Nothing that ends in light, has the name of or is best served with fruit. Having light and fruit in the name, well, watch the first restaurant scene in beer league.
  11. Actually, it isn't bad
  12. Best thing about Budweiser is there is none in my refrigerator.
  13. How many times does 39 go in to 16? (I don't know. Ask Joey Buttafuoco)
  14. Tim named Luke after a Buffalo Bisons great http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luke_Easter_(baseball) "Easter continued to play professionally at AAA, even though the leg injuries had reduced his running speed to a limp. He played regularly for the Ottawa Athletics, Charleston Senators, Buffalo Bisons and Rochester Red Wings, and won the International League's MVP award with the Bisons in 1957. He ultimately retired as a player in 1963, at the age of 48, and worked for several years thereafter as a coach. His number (36) was retired by the Rochester Red Wings and number (25) by the Buffalo Bisons."
  15. Looks like we need pre-season to get used to all the changes
  16. and the 57th anniversary of my birth
  17. 4 extra games of experience, however 4 extra games to get injured in for the offense.
  18. Couldn't have said it any better....especially the last half of the last sentence
  19. One of my friend's sons has worked at Oak hill for the last 3 summers. One of those A level personality types with a quick wit. Tiger asked him for his locker number. The kid asked him "your last name sir?". To Tiger's credit he laughed.
  20. Stay at 12. It only takes one beer to get drunk. Not sure if it is the 13th or 14th.
  21. You are correct, says that on the pre-recorded message
  22. My Showtime is blocked...something about a feud between CBS and Time Warner
  23. http://myinterviewsimulator.com/ Here is an interview simulator. Geared towards interviewing for a job with a different company but many questions will be the same, especially the behavioral interview questions. I've found that at least I'm more prepared for interviews and not as nervous since using it (lost my job last year at the age of 56, not easy looking) Along with the strengths question above, be prepared for weaknesses question. Suggest you use some portion of the job that your skills may be weak in rather than a personality trait that you may not think is important but the interviewer might. Questions to ask (not sure if these have been posted or not, apologies if they have) What are the biggest challenges or obstacles the person in this position will face? Can you describe a typical day or week in the position? What would a successful first year in the position look like? How will the success of the person in this position be measured? How would you describe your management style? Thinking back to people who have been in this position previously, what differentiated the ones who were good from the ones who were really great?
  24. Friggin' hilarious...(don't think there were bus trips to camp in '94, camp was at Fredonia. Ironically I live in Rochester, have relatives in Dunkirk & Fredonia - used to go to camp when it was there, haven't been since it moved to Pittsford)
