  1. Greatest American Hero
  2. I was never so glad to be under the overhang as I was at that game.
  3. I give up at least 8 days of vacation a year, more when we host Monday or Thursday nite games. Just too damn old to fake it through Mondays after home games at the office.
  4. Yup,,,every damn time
  5. I really liked Steve Grogan. Was hoping he would pull it out off the bench.
  6. Both are great.
  7. I have two theories for arguing with women. Neither one works. "Live like you'll to die tomorrow. Learn like you'll live forever" - Ghandi
  8. First off I think he was being sarcastic. But to answer your question, you can reach 100 pretty quickly by quoting other posts with well thought out responses like "this," "agreed," and "+1"
  9. Mark Fidrych. Rookie of the year and led the both leagues in ERA in 1976. Got injured high-fiving some outfielder, was never the same. Died working on his truck when a coat or shirt go tangled up. Something like that anyways.
  10. guard qb and receiver for the loggest td pass in Bills history? (apologies if this has already been asked, didn't look through 14 pages)
  11. For example Torell Troupe, who the Bills drafted one spot ahead of him.
  12. The one who I dislike (not hate) is Nix or Gailey...whoever is responsible for drafting Spiller & Troupe ahead of Gronk.
  13. Me too...I actually thought it was a sarcastic question
  14. Not looking through 9 pages, pretty sure one was Paul Maguire During his last year of broadcasting, every week Van Miller told a memorable tale from one of his previous season. One of those tales was about a spotter who had too much to drink and started swearing at a linesman on the air when he disagreed with where the ball was spotted. Who was that spotter? Since no one will get the answer I'll give it here, it was my Uncle John Cirrito
  15. As far as a Bills fan goes, not done until they leave Buffalo. As far as season tickets, if they move to a dome I'll watch from home.
  16. Not that everyone isn't one hit away from a career ending injury but he's already had a few "could have been career enders" and is still relatively healthy. Agree, it is time for him to look beyond football.
  17. So this is what this thread is about...what are the names of those places?
  18. I live in Rochester. Season tickets since 1980. Yeah I'm getting old. Stopped here once on the way home from a game. Not sure about the beef, but they were the best wings I've ever had. And I've had a lot of wings. If I ever stop here again I'll have to try the beef.
  19. I was so psyched when we took drafted him in the second. No WR's drafted in first round that year if memory serves. DeSean Jackson was still on the board. Many mocks had us taking one or the other (mostly in the first. Once again, if memory serves. 60 now, it's starting to fail me.) Guess we missed the boat on that one. Hope we don't make the same mistake on Williams. My feelings on him on page 1 of this thread.
  20. Disagree Mike Williams is the obvious first round pick if he's available at 10. Really hope he's aready off the board, would be very upset if we pick him. Would make us the only team in the NFL with two of their own draft picks top 10 WR's. Learn from Detroit's mistakes. Looking at his highlights (link at bottom), he makes great catches in traffic and is tough to bring down. Problem is he doesn't get separation. If he can't get separation in college I don't see it happening in the pros. Add to that TT isn't all that willing to throw into traffic. I'm guessing pro corners won't be as easy to dominate physically as the corners he's faced in college either.
  21. After being served their drinks they start to chat: Rabbi - Father, I just had sex with an eighteen year old girl Priest - My son, we are obviously of different faiths, why are you telling this to me? Rabbi - I'm telling everyone
  22. When I go to work the light at the end of the tunnel is retirement, not a freight train coming at me. I try to remember this on days when I feel like I'm being hit by a freight train. Oh yeah I've developed a taste for red wine (not that I still don't drink my share of beer.)
  23. Nice articles, thanks for posting. RIP Willie
  24. So...why is he late to every game? He sits two rows in front of me. But he is always respectful and waits for a break in the action to work his way through the row to his seat. As others have already mentioned, you both looked great last nite, show was awesome. Live 6 miles from the stadium and never been to a game? That's bad parenting...LMAO
  25. I fully expected it to be, and am disappointed it isn't.
