  1. I had forgotten how many of the players from the great '90s teams were already on the team in 1986.
  2. I understand the sentiment, but Ty doesn't get enough touches to be in contention for Fred status. If he starts catching multiple deep balls per game, which seems to be his superpower, then you could make a case. But as long as James Cook is a Bill, Ty Johnson is probably not going to have enough opportunities to do Fred-like things to become a Fred-like figure in the hearts of the fans.
  3. I would never write off a player like Diggs, but this does seem like a lot of money for his age, and for what he has shown on the field lately. If he can play like he did his prime years in Buffalo, it will be a great pickup for NE. But can he still do it?
  4. Looks eerily similar to Siran Neal on paper. Exact same size, not a starter despite crazy athleticism. Hopefully this guy can actually play defense!
  5. I think the Bills have been most successful when Josh improvises: He can buy enough time for coverage to fall apart, and then he can throw a dart to anywhere, from any position. It's a huge advantage, albeit a very unpredictable one. Unfortunately, he is not nearly as good at hitting the planned quick reads over and over again the way Brady did. If he ever figures that out, and I think he can, he could be the GOAT. He just needs to process the first two seconds of the play a lot faster.
  6. Don't forget about Ty Johnson, James Cook, Dalton Kincaid, and Dawson Knox. Having a good stable of talented receiving RBs and TEs helps reduce the need for a marquis receiver corps.
  7. It's kind of hard to justify an expensive WR when you never throw the ball to him.
  8. Wow, that's some good football theater. I have to say I'm a little shocked that Beane didn't come through with an offer, but I've seen stranger things happen. Too bad, I loved that guy. And now, sadly, he is the enemy.
  9. SLAYERRRRRR!!!!
  10. I understand that you have to give the MVP to one guy, but that makes it really hard to give it to a D-lineman when it was a group effort. But Jalen Hurts was NOT the best player on the field yesterday.
  11. Buffalo could try to run the same scheme, but it starts to look really bead when nobody's getting home. I just don't think the Bills' D-line is nearly as nasty as the Eagles'. That's the difference I see more than anything.
  12. And the Bills are 0-0 after losing to the Chiefs.
  13. As much as I would enjoy watching the Chiefs lose four straight Superbowls, I'd much rather see Buffalo win one in the next three years.
  14. I came here hoping to learn the Trump-supporter point of view on why this is a good idea. I am an objective thinker willing to listen, but I have neither seen nor heard anyone attempt to explain the benefits yet. It seems to go against Trump's campaign platform, so I would really appreciate some clarification. Thanks.
