The “millennium”.... you need to take into context that for the first 14 years until RW died....and then another till TP bought the team....the Bills were under a completely different financial constraint. They had no cash to work with and were pretty much run by a law firm. The goal of that time period was basically to keep the Bills in Buff.....and to that end....it could not be more successful.
