I'm calling BS on Kaeperick on this one. He has a right to his opinion, but he's full of it. Blacks and people of color have just as much or more opportunity to succeed in America as anyone else. With affirmitive action, sometimes they have better opportunities than whites. It's up to them to take advantage of those opportunities. The whole poor us narrative that is currently in vogue is absolutely a lie.

This is the NFL not sandlot. All defenses require some thought. The problem last year was mostly Mario not buying in and not trying. There probably were more culprits, but he stood out because his lack of effort was so obvious.

So your answer would be to not draft guys to replace the ones we lost? I don't get it. You have 3 potential starters in the first three rounds, a developmental QB with huge upside, some depth at WR and RB and another potential starter in the 7th round. I don't see how we could have done much better than this and most people agree.

Can't say that I would have done anything much differently. I liked each pick and thought it made good sense based on position in the draft and talent level as well as need. I am very happy with this draft. Some of the UDFA look pretty interesting as well.

I am with the skeptical crowd. If there is another appeal, it will get dragged out again and he will be allowed to play. Don't know the legalities, but I am skeptical that he will actually serve the suspension.

I believe they will keep on pushing to get Gilmore extended and they will wait on Tyrod, which may be a mistake. They signed two guys to veteran minimum salaries last week and my guess is there will be at least one more of those type signings before the draft.

When you already have a top rated defense, you don't change the scheme. That is the mark of a bad coach. Good coaches adapt the scheme to the personnel that they have. There was no need to tinker with the defense. They were already solid and Rex ruined them. I don't expect them to improve this year, but maybe if the offense improves enough they can make up for Rex's laughingstock of a defense.

Like this approach. With only around 3 million to spend on FA, we will have to find some bargains.

What positions or specific players do you think the Bills will go after in Free Agency? My guess now that they have re-signed Incognito is LB and possibly another OL along with Cromartie to replace McKelvin. Would love to hear other peoples ideas on where you think they Bills will go.

The Dolphins are not a threat because their defense wasn't the problem. They suck on offense. Also Mario is no threat. He doesn't really want to play. Get in his face and he will quit.
