  1. Irish Defense sucked this year. Couldn't stop anyone. It was pathetic to watch. O was pretty good at times, but D was horrendous.
  2. You don't think Jerry Jones is intimately involved in every detail of the the Cowboys football operations? C'mon man.
  3. Too bad if it's not true. He needs to go and the sooner the better.
  4. Yet we will still manage to lose at least two of those.
  5. Hopefully they will get rid of the Ryan brothers in the offseason. He BS'ed his way into the job, but I think now it is clear to anyone who watches NFL football that Rex Ryan is not HC material. And his brother certainly can't coach a defense.
  6. Yes because our coaches have done such a great job the past two years. I have every bit of faith that they know exactly what they are doing.
  7. This team has not made the playoffs in working on two decades now. I'd say the negative threads are warranted. You suggest that being 6-6 is a good thing. It isn't. This team has been pushed around and abused for years. It's time to make some changes AGAIN. The biggest problem IMO is that they have not chosen a good HC in all of this time. We have got to find a coach who actually understands how to prepare a team to win football games in the NFL. I believe there is enough talent on this team right now, but game planning has been poor and execution has been poor. That falls squarely on the shoulders of the HC.
  8. It makes absolutely no difference who plays QB this week. The Bills have once again played themselves out of a playoff berth. The only sensible move would be to give Cardale Jones some PT and prepare for next year. But of course Rex has already stated that there is no way he sees the field this season. Hopefully Rex will be gone by next year and we will find a coach that actually has some clue as to how to prepare a football team to win games.
  9. I'll take anyone but Rex at this point. Just get him and his mess of a brother the hell out of Buffalo.
  10. Glad to see this thread. I have thought that about our Bills for years. It's not just this year. This team has a history of not being able to step up to a challenge and not being able to put teams away when they have them on the verge of defeat. You can call it lack of a killer instinct or anything that you wish, but this team is just plain soft and has been for years.
  11. Me too. It has been building over the past few weeks, but today was the capper. He just flat out stunk up the joint Sunday. Defense was putrid too, so there is plenty of blame to go around, but TT's play was definitely a contributing factor in the loss. QB's are supposed to help their team find ways to win, not find ways to lose.
  12. It absolutely is when 10-6 will do nothing to further the franchise, but 6-10 has the possibility of getting a better player in every single round of the draft. It makes perfect sense. I'm sure they won't because they're too stupid. No it wouldn't be good. It would mean drafting later in each and every round of the draft. Regardless of how these next four games play out, we will not make the playoffs, so it make a whole lot more sense to try and get better players in the draft by losing out. 10-6, 9-7 or 8-8 all would be worse in the long run than finishing 6-10 and setting ourselves up for a better draft.
  13. Well after that debacle in Oakland, it's now pretty clear what the Bills must do. Even if by some miracle they were to win out and end up at 10-6, it won't be good enough to make the playoffs. Besides, there is no way this team is good enough to win those next four games in a row. I say lose them all and finish at 6-10. They're gonna be watching the playoffs from home anyway, so why not get a better draft pick in every single round. Put Cardale Jones in at QB just to see if he can play. Put in Logan Thomas at TE and give him some game experience for next year as well. At least it would be interesting instead of watching them fail miserably at trying to win when they suck so bad.
  14. They allowed touchdowns on three consecutive drives. No excuse. That's not the offense or the QB's fault. They had a 24-9 lead and pissed it away. TT played his usual game, but if you think he is ever going to lead them from behind to a win, you will be waiting a long time. It's just not in him. That defense needed to protect the lead and they failed miserably. It's completely on the coaches for ruining what used to be a pretty good D.
  15. And we will not finish 10-6 either. We lose to Pittsburgh at home next week to drop to 6-7. We will be lucky to get to 7-9. And yes we do suck STILL. Not getting any better after how many years now?
  16. Turned it off after the INT, but not surprised by this. It's kind of what I expected, but just happened a bit later than I thought it would. Bye bye Rex and bye bye Rob. Good riddance.
  17. I see another 7-9 finish in our future. This was never a playoff calibre team and they have proved multiple times over.
  18. The best defenses give up 3 straight TD's and give up the lead? Not any that I have seen.
  19. The D has given up 30 points. TD's on 3 straight drives and you're blaming the QB?
  20. Our defense has let us down so many times this year. If we can't stop them, could be an ugly fourth quarter.\
  21. Any bets Oakland scores to take the lead?
  22. That was inevitable after 3 and out and giving them that field position. Need a score now.
  23. Typical Bills football. Couldn't kill the clock at the end of the half and it cost them 3 points. Why is it that they are so terrible at situational football?
  24. I agree. I have been a big TT supporter. The thing that is beginning to trouble me though is his tendency to hold onto the football too long. He was driving me crazy yesterday. Not sure what he is seeing, but it seems like on a number of occassions he held the ball with an open receiver right in front of him. At least twice it cost them a first down.
  25. Agree that Hunter needs to get more reps and targets. Not sure why he isn't more a part of the offense with all of the injuries at WR.
