I will say it again for the challenged.....effort trumps talent. That is why Mario was sitting his ass on the bench in Miami.....weak ticker.
Mario is finishing up his career it seems......Shaq's is just starting and was considered one of the top edges in this draft but still very good in run support and had the ability to drop into coverage.
He was playing out of position this last year in RR's crappy defense where EVERYONE struggled.
Totally agree with everything you have said...Going back to the 4-3 will change this d overnight.
Its to early to tell that shaq and reggie will or wont dominate in this league..
Plus real playcalls on d will also be a huge difference..Only team ive ever seen rush 3 and have no safety help in the backend

What if this was Tyrod`s sophomore slump this year?
I became a Tyrod fan but everyone seen that he regressed this year.
But when i really think about it,id rather get Mike Williams or Corey Davis with that 1st pick.
If they keep Tyrod all i can say is i hope he steps it up.He can do things that no other qb in the league can do.JMO

There is a reason that so many businesses bypass Buffalo. Because of that poor ass mentality i seem to see on this board. Complain, Complain!!!
The Pegulas are a God send. Buffalo needs more people like the Pegulas, who did not just take an active interest in the Bills and the Sabres. They went beyond and invested in Downtown Buffalo to help revive the overall economy.
So be thankful that you have a team to cheer on. Buffalo needs the Pegulas. Not the other way around

I agree with most of you that this is odd to hire a TE coach before an OC but perhaps it's better to hire for each position individually rather than have a guy come in and say "ok, here's my list of coaches". Instead of guys getting hand-outs from old friends/collegues, the coaches are being hired based on the position they are interviewing for. Just my two cents. That being said I know nothing about the guy.

He's a 4 game rental this year. He's a UFA in March and suspension won't hit until next season.

I want a straight up 4-3 guy. Dareus and KW are better DT's and there are only two or three true NT's in the league that can play the position effectively.
Lawson is a 4-3 DE. Washington is a 4-3 DE.
Hughes can play OLB or DE.
Zach and Ragland finish out the starting front 7.
Get rid of Preston Brown and Spikes
Sign another player that can play some middle and some SAM as a swing back-up.

Agree.Plus i like to see him have this o-line.He never had the time that tyrod has had imoHe will have Shady and company to help him. I like his chances to succeed.

The Bills have been rebuilding since 2000. And are no further ahead today then 17 years ago.
The fullback position looks stacked though. So there's that......
