Which QB do you want the Jets to draft?

I think Field would be just as good/bad as Darnold -
It’s nice to not give a ***** this time of year
JMF2006 replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
What sucked was there wasn't many prospects or worthy FA's and now they are falling out of trees Its nice that the Bills are relevant again and we don't need to hang on every FA or draft pick as a savior Its nice to be in capable hands and know this team is good long term. Now we get to watch other teams spinning their wheels like the Bills did for 20 years -

What should define a "rookie" or "veteran" on TBD?
JMF2006 replied to buffalostu2's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Whats that old saying? Better to say nothing and be thought a fool........than to open your mouth and remove all doubt This is not directed at you but there are some long term people that need "training camp body" as their tag -
Terry Pegula turns 70 today HBD Pegs

Thats why he was still available March 26th I wish him well but between always being hurt and Lamar throwing minimally outside he won't be doing much but running and blocking.
-
Fixed Another weapon for MVP Lamar Jackson to ignore on the outside That kind of stuff should be kept in the locker room

I have that feeling too....he had better impress or its see you later. I think Moss wins the starting job. He looked good as a rookie. Brieda and Singletary plus a rookie fight it out for #2 and 3 rb

Jayson Oweh DE PSU my first round TGT.
JMF2006 replied to MAJBobby's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Some other people are saying only 6 years playing football and 1 year college starter He looks to be a project type player with a huge upside. He could always be an underwear model if the DE thing doesn't work out -
I don't think they hate Lamar its the system. In 46 career games he has thrown 947 times or 20.5 throws per game even if 50% of his targets were to WR that would be 10 targets between 2 or3 guys. The thing is we all know 75% of his passes are to RB's or TE's meaning 5.5 targets a game to WR's I would not be a very happy camper busting my but blocking on most plays and running full tilt on 20 others to get the ball 2 or 3 times. As someone said earlier they had better draft well

The Lesson in the Sabres Horrendous Season
JMF2006 replied to IronyAbounds's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The lessons are 1) Your core needs to be developed within the organization 2)You don't hire first time GM's to do a rebuild 3) You never hire a soccer guy to coach(especially one named Freddy Kruger) 4)Signing free agent goalies is hit or miss and mostly miss if he was that good he wouldn't be an FA (except Bob in FLA) trade for the guy you really like 5)The morale and confidence is shot on the Sabres This is so unlikely to happen with the Bills its almost laughable....short of a plane crash this team is going to good to great for while. -
I would spend the 2x5 and 6/7 on O Linemen that can be developed on the PS if they need it The first 3 picks would be BPA except WR/S where I think the Bills are set

I Don’t Understand Washington Football Team Not Picking New Name
JMF2006 replied to Irv's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
They wanted the Senators but it is taken then thought about using Congressmen but they were split on the vote Then they were going with Bullets but had a wait a minute moment Then it was on to the Generals(it fit too well) -
I think Josh is very aware that you need to come away with at least 3 points if you get inside the 20. He will throw it away if the plays not there. He has gotten away with a few though and I think its because he drills it in there pretty hard
