I loved the hire since day one. I read something on this before but this story shared much more detail. This shows the players he does care about them. I think they understand this is a business and most of the players traded were sent packing for salary cap reasons.

The problem is the torn cartilage jambs in the joint causing pain or your knee to lock. If he had it scoped when it happened 2 weeks ago he would be back for the final 2 or 3 games. He will be lucky to play 25-33% of the snaps with it the way it is and will play a week miss a week if he does play.

This is my favorite QB in this draft class and I tried to watch them all as much as I could. Plays with an attitude, really competitive can make all the throws. He also seems like a natural born leader. So the kid has done a few dumb things,who didn't when they were 20 somethings. Billieve me he is no Johnny Manchild.
