Looks like a similar situation when he signed with the Bills last year:
Promising QB, yet unproven (Edwards was still considered promising before the start of last year)
Young O line
Solid starting RB
With TO a chance to be the #1 receiver.
He is better off with the Bengals
Totally agree, if the Bills go 1-15 and that 1 win is against the Patriots, for me, it would salvage the season. Bonus: knowing that the Bills will have one of the top draft picks and can continue to assemble the team Nix/Gailey would like
I see the Bills run D improving, but staying in the bottom third of the league. They have tried to make some improvements and it should slightly benefit them. However, I see the Bills pass D slipping down into the middle third of the league. I don't see an effective pass rush happening and that will hurt us. Teams will then have time to pick the secondary apart. But I will be very happy if I am wrong!

I haven't been there in a year, but downtown B-Lo was always busy on nights with Thursday at the Square. We are talking up to 20k people busy. Boy I miss it!
It must be that I'm a pessimist but I don't expect any better then a bottom 5 finish next year. To be honest, that wouldn't really disappoint me... this way the bills will get one of the top 2 qbs next year in the draft. Which ultimately leads us to back to the Super Bowl!
Agree, fans will spend more $$ on gear if they love the product. I doubt anyone loves the current unis. I find it hard to believe that someone in marketing or in the organization doesn't know what the fans like.
Sabres: I'd like to see old logo with an update on the colors, I'm thinking navy and gold (like St. Louis Rams)
Bills: I like the current throwbacks the best and would like to see them worn full time.
Would love some good chicken wings right now. "Best" place in Detroit for wings is Buffalo Wild Wings. Can't wait to get back to Buffalo to have some. That being said, I thought Duff's and Anchor Bar are overrated.
The Sabres have made the playoffs more recently than the Bills. Based off that, the Sabres are closer to a championship. The Sabres need to add fewer pieces than the Bills to achieve it. At this stage, Buffalo is more likely to see a Stanley Cup.
