Buffalo is a great city with a great heart but if you'd rather live there than in So-Cal or some other warm weather climate you're out of your freaking mind. If 50% of the population of Buffalo had the option to move to southern California Buffalo would be a ghost town.

Haynesworth next to Stroud would be a MASSIVE improvement for our defense but I don't think it's ever going to happen. BUT, his addition would make Schobel and Kelsay instantly better.

Then Parcell's was wrong. Thurman Thomas averaged close to 8ypc in that game and had he gotten 10 more carries we probably win that game. I loved watching Reed play but I don't think Reed was anywhere near as talented or fast as Fitzgerald. Where Reed excelled was in his YAC numbers. Keep in mind that up until 4 weeks ago Arizona didn't have a running game and Fitzgerald was still putting up crazy numbers.

Yeah, good luck with that. We're currently busy trading away our QB, RB, WR, LT, Center both CB's and probably a few others I missed because I didn't get to log on earlier. You seemed to have conveniently forgotten that the Patriots continually replace older diminishing players with younger, more productive players. Two different LB's and a WR come to mind. Not to mention that they've had 2 1st round draft choice to play with longer than I can remember. Those facts combined with incredibly strategic coaching puts them light years ahead of us.

If you've played any sport at a high level you'd realize just how ridiculous that comment is. A "hard" coach doesn't build anything other than resentment. Do you seriously think if you named Ryan the Bills HC tomorrow that they'd tougher? Look at Coughlin's first few years with the Giants. A coach who knows WTF he's doing builds a good team. No amount of screaming can make up for a lack of physical talent or desire.

That's because Fitz runs by, around or through the secondary. Anything in the air near him is almost a guaranteed catch. The guy is just incredible.

A lot of guys look great in the preseason when playing against scrubs. The CFL is basically comprised of players that can't make it on an NFL roster with just a few exceptions. A DE looking great against slow fat OT's doesn't impress me. That said, he'll probably be an All Pro next year and knock Trent senseless.

Somebody better send a memo to the "fat guys" on the NO defense.

This guy gets it! It all starts in the trenches. The sooner we figure that out the sooner we get better. 1. The secondary doesn't have to cover as long with good D line play 2. The secondary can take more chances with good D line play 3. Linebackers are much more effective when they don't constantly have to fight off free roaming offensive linemen 4. Defensive ends are better rushers when other members of the d line don't suck.

I don't think there is any evidence that anyone has a clue what the Bills are thinking about. We have no idea what their free agency plan is and that will dictate their direction in the draft. A second legitimate DT would make our DE's instantly better but here's the challenge, we don't know when or if Schobel will return to form and Kelsay and Denney have been underwhelming. Typically your LDE is your speed rusher and your RDE is your power rusher. Sadly, neither Denney or Kelsay bring much power to the position. Perhaps the most important piece is that we're overpaying wildly for those three players. Taking a TE with the first pick is NOT going to happen. No one takes a TE that early in the first round unless there's a "superstar" out there or you're the idiotic Jets. We'll all be puking on draft day when the Bills pick another CB

BUT, Belichek is still the coach and Kraft is still the owner. Pioli leaving could hurt more than McDaniels but has Pioli actually gone anywhere yet? As for their "aging" wide receiver that would just bring him in line with every other WR in the league. I'm praying that age slows him down. Meanwhile the Bills are a center, defensive end, defensive tackle and tight end away from even closing the gap.

Let's not forget he also has arguably the best receiver in the NFL to throw passes to. I'd love to see Warner in a Bills uni but he needs to bring Fitzgerald with him.
