I'd hire Lynn as HC due to his being demanding and very detailed oriented, both things Rex isn't and have him bring in a good young up and coming defensive coach to lead the defense.
What Lynn has done with another coach's terminology, playbook and with practice squad caliber WR's most of the year has been nothing less than impressive
I'd be find with Lynn as long as he brings in a veteran DC and asks that DC to bring Donnie Henderson with him.

Yup, not Rex's fault, gotta get rid of Whaley and tyrod......Rex just needs some more time and continuity!
Not sure how the defense giving up record rushing numbers doesn't also belong to Rex?
He's not the only problem but the defensive genius has been anything but.

I'd be fine with him just yelling "THROW ME THE !@#$ING BALL".
Something is inherently broken when your TE catches a pass in the middle of field during week 16 and you're actually surprised. Not because he caught it but because it was a throw into the middle of the field.

Funny I was thinking this morning. What player is the leader of this team.. I can't think of one...
Kyle Williams

Just wondering....have we thrown a WR screen to Sammy since he became a Bill? Asking for a friend.
I think we did his first game, I haven't seen one since.

Is it wrong to hope the Bills get blown out?

is there anyone who support rex?
Rob?
On another note, does anyone have any idea what the hell happened to Jerry Hughes? He was damn near unblockable for the first 6 games and other than stupid penalties, he's disappeared?

I don't expect Mario to single handedly change the course of games. I do expect him to win 1 v 1 matchup which he doesn't seem to be able to do.
-
He's been non-existent this year. Frankly, he's been slightly above average since he got here.

Brady threw the ball 59 !@#$ing times and was sacked twice. That shouldn't happen. Especially when the Pats started 3 rookies on the o-line and we have the worth of a small country in contracts playing on our d-line.
Brady was averaging 1.5 seconds per throw on some of his drives.. You aren't getting to him no matter what you do at that pace.

If those holes are there next week Shady might run for 250.

Next year Mr. Rosen, next year.
Too much job volatility this year.....next year!

Not Mike Rodak.

I don't know if WGR is slanted against EJ or not but it's plainly obvious that Joe Buscalia was pointing out every mistake he made in great detail.
I also know that listening to Schopp attempt to solo the afternoon show is painful.

There's a name that isn't being talked about much but could represent a massive change at guard this year for the bills. That name is Kouandjio. That kid was a road grader at Alabama and he's got the frame to put on another 20 lbs. He struggled in space but reports are he's been working his ass off and he could be a sleeper.

Indeed. Chip Kelly, who when he came to the NFL had far more college HC experience than Gus, is learning that. And I'm not 100% sold on him as a HC yet. I will give him credit for what he has done, though.
Many creative NFL OCs have tried, and most have failed, at the HC level. Why is everyone convinced this guy is a sure thing? Really don't get it.
Kelly is 20-12 in his first two seasons. That includes a playoff experience with less than ideal QB'ing. I'd take Kelly in a heartbeat. Good God, with Kelly CJ Spiller would've had 1500 yards this season.

I don't care who you bring in as GM, CEO, Marketing Director ect. Go get me Gus Malzahn to coach this team. Pay him whatever you have to to come here.
Screw it, just hire the entire Auburn staff. There's no way you can convince me that he couldn't win with EJ as his starting QB.

Actually, if you judge Brandon on the marketing side he's done an exceptional job. he's managed to get fans to buy tickets despite putting an absolutely miserable product on the field for 15 years. He extended the market to Rochester and fleeced Rogers out of $85M. Those achievements alone should qualify him for a promotion to God of Marketing!
When you look at the results side however, he shouldn't be anywhere near NFL team operations.

Does Decker have a catch today?

Nobody is built to cover Gronk. I imagine Kiko or AW would be the guys to do it. We were kind of at a loss today.
I do agree that of all the guys we had, they are the least appropriate.
Which is why you meet him at the LOS with TWO defensive players and don't let him run a freaking route!

I love it. I'm a giant homer, now I hate the Bills? Haha.
Trust me, I'm very happy. I said it in the thread that I'd love to be proven wrong.
But to act like Orton just didn't his best Fitz impression is wrong. I'm happy the Bills won and I'm done with this. If you think one offensive td is a great performance, more power to you.
He threw for over 300 yards against the best defense in the NFL. Is he Peyton Manning or Phillip Rivers? No but Fitz doesn't win that game, Orton did.

With a competent QB Watkins, Woods, Williams and Goodwin can be among the best starting WR's in the league. Goodwin can take the top off and keep the safeties backpedaling and the other three are coverage nightmares. They just need someone that can throw them the ball.

Bryce is being redshirted this year. CJ won't be resigned this year and next year Brown will be our starting RB.
Perhaps Buffalo needs to Draft a competent Sports Media

When was the last time anyone at TBN broke a story with anyone. Tim Graham spends most of his free time arguing with people on Twitter. Sully hasn't broken a story in more than a decade. I have no idea what Carucci's doing.
The only journalists doing any work at all are Sal Capaccio and John Warwow of the AP.
