  1. Stop bitching about the labor pains and SHOW ME THE BABY!
  2. Wasn't Miami starting Jamie Nails in one of their tackle spots? Miami already had Brown and Williams so they were solid at RB. The Bill have Jackson and Thuglife so we really only 1 RB and a question mark.. The Ginn choice was indefensibe. That was an idiotic pick.
  3. The first thing I do is turn the sound off Is there some rule that says every fifth word in a rap video has to be "!@#$"?
  4. Anyone know where to get the Bills offseason schedule. OTA's, rookie camps, mini-camps etc?
  5. It's hockey, no one cares Well outside of you and 15 other people....and Canada!
  6. If, and this is a HUGE IF: Hardy actually manages to stay healthy and this kid from UConn doesn't suck Lee could move to the slot. Add to that Spiller in the backfield and you have a HUGE problem for defenses. No third string CB is going to be able to cover Evan and an LB on Spiller would be funny to watch.
  7. Perhaps Tucker should have done a better job blocking and keeping his QB upright then. If I remember correctly Tucker was part of an offense line that gave up the most sacks in the league that year.
  8. Everything on this team is a "position of need" with perhaps the exception of the secondary and our punter. Competition is a good thing.
  9. The Pats beat us last year by a combined 11 points. One of those loses was handed to them on a platter and should have been a win. That's hardly "kicking our asses". I'm not saying they're not a better team but the delta may not be as great as it seems.
  10. Here's what is hard for me to get an assessment on: Last year, during the preseason we FIRED our OC because our head coach wanted a "simplified" offense. A week before the season opener we cut our starting LT. That type of chaos and a simplified offense crippled our ability to score points. How hard do you think it was for opposing defenses to diagnose our plays and personnel schemes. Hell they probably knew what we were going to run before we did. There's no way we can't be improved is there?
  11. I don't disagree with anything you said BUT we beat the Jets and Dolphins last year with a horrible coaching staff and enough injuries for 4 teams. We were one idiotic fumble away from beating the Pats in their house and being .500 in the division.
  12. I continue to be puzzled by the thought that ANY of the QB's available in this draft would be able to come in and help this team. I just don't believe that Clausen or McCoy have exponentially more talent than Edwards. I had real concerns about Clausen's ability to step into a huddle and take command and I believe he'll fold under pressure. For whatever reasons, I just don't have a lot of faith in McCoy. Apparently a lot of NFL front offices felt the same way. As for Bradford, he may be all world on paper but 2 injuries in his last 2 games does not make me want to hand him $50 million. I'm willing to give Gailey a chance to make Edwards work.
  13. ESPN can't seem to decide who they want to give air time to so they decided to just include everyone. Having Mort sit there next to Schefter with a goofy look on his face is just embarrassing. You simply can't do sports effectively when you decide you're going to split the airtime between 12 guys.
  14. Ironically, I give PFT pretty low grades as a sports site!
  15. You put legitimate NT's next to Stroud and he's going to eat peoples faces on Sunday. Last year we damn near killed Williams, he played WAY too many snaps. Troup and Williams alternating is going to be a problem for a lot of teams.
  16. For the first time in a long time I finally feel like the guys in the front office have a freaking clue. They made the decision to switch to a 3-4, went out and got the coaches they needed and yesterday and today added a bunch of players they needed. The NFL is a business and like any good business you need a plan to succeed. It's clear that Nix & company have an plan, are going to work their plan and I believe they'll be very successful.
  17. I'm not sure I recall a draft where the team knew what they wanted and put their pick in as fast as the Bills did this year. On a couple of picks they literally went from "on the clock" to "the pick is in" in seconds. I guess preparation helps?
  18. Yeah but what do those rednecks know! Small school guys never succeed in the NFL!
  19. Would like me to list the 1st through 4th round draft choices who have failed miserably? Would that make you feel better. Here, I'll give you an easy one Mike Williams. Here's another name you might recognize, Jason Peters....UNDRAFTED. Now please shut up.
  20. It's pretty amazing that everyone is questioning why we would draft a WR when we ranked 30th last year in offense.
  21. How many freaking QB's do you want on this roster? Do you really think Jimmy Pickles or Colt Mc5'10" is going to make this team instantly better. Neither of them is any better than Edwards or Brohm.
