  1. So who is going to call Bulldog and point out what an obvious idiot he is?
  2. Clearly you haven't been reading the board very carefully for the last 10 years or so..........
  3. Good to see you're back on the stupid train. Watch the !@#$ing game and count, even you should be able to handle that.
  4. Lets be rational on the OL. Isn't this the first actual game they've played together? Wood has barely practiced, Green and Bell haven't. Lets not panic just yet!
  5. No, they know that a Bills WR can't run more than 10-12 yards before their DL is hammering Edwards
  6. Would the geniuses that said "CJ Spiller was a wasted pick" please sign below.
  7. Bigger fail, using "epic fail"........ever.
  8. This will actually be his FOURTH surgery for the same thing.
  9. Tebow's challenge is that he can practice his new motion as much as he likes but when the pressure is on his body wants to revert to what it's done for 15 years. Undoing 15 years of muscle memory is a very daunting task.
  10. If you're going to have an injury the RB position might just be the best one to have it at. Marshawn should be back for the opener and Freddy shortly thereafter. More importantly, they'll be very fresh and most undamaged. My biggest concern is blitz pickup. If Joique and CJ are back there they HAVE to be willing to pass protect otherwise Levi Brown might be starting by week 2.
  11. Which complete breakdown in pass protection was your favorite? Was it the one where McIntosh went completely unblocked or was it the one where Spiller was left alone on a DE and damn near got the QB killed? Both were pretty special, it's hard to pick a favorite so take your time. My favorite was the one where Trent tried to chuck the ball to Steve Johnson just before he got hit by THREE different Redskins! It's fine if you don't like Edwards and he may not ever be a good QB but no QB is going to be any good if he's running for his life. At least be objective in your analysis otherwise you risk being just another of the mindless "Trent sucks" lemmings.
  12. For those of you that are struggling to understand the underlying message in my post: Last nights collapse was largely due to mental issues not lack of physical ability or talent. Mental mistakes can be eliminated, pure lack of talent cannot. I believe our current coaching staff will eliminate the metal gaffs. I hope that helps.
  13. I will say this about Kelsay, if you give him a running start on a blitz a lineman that steps in front of him is going to find him a LOT harder to block than Maybin. Kelsay will flat out run your ass over.
  14. I don't disagree with you but don't overlook the responsibility a WR has well. It's Evan's job to come back to the QB once the pocket is broken. If Lee is going to just stand on the sideline I could cover him. No arguing, it was a bad decision to throw the ball and it was thrown in the wrong spot as well. I do have a feeling that Chan might be having a conversation with Trent about that decision.
  15. Stupid penalties - Stupar's hold costs us a potential TD and HUGE momentum - Maybin's roughing call keeps a drive alive - Davis illegal contact Stupid throws - Trent has got to be more disciplined and NOT make that throw Evans - come back to the ball Lee, that's WR 101. Fumbled punts - Anyone know who dropped the punt? Unless I'm mistaken that's 21 points as a result of STUPIDITY. A little help, the officials actually making the correct calls wouldn't have hurt either. Apparently no one saw Harris get blasted right in the middle of the back on the punt that was returned for a TD! We're not going to be a great team but if we can eliminate the mistakes we can at least stay in the game!
  16. Gailey has an affinity, as he says, for "guys that can play". Nelson proved last night that he CAN play. He will be on this roster and may push Steve Jackson for the #2 spot.
  17. Here's the thing I noticed about Maybin last night, he plays very spastically. What I mean is that is moves aren't calculated and he tends to run around the field like an ADD 12 year old who just had too much Mountain Dew. There is NO doubt that the kid has incredible speed and burst but he just needs to calm the hell down and play football. He reminds me of the kids I coach in basketball. They're great in practice and running drills but as soon as the game starts they loose their minds and feel like they have to do everything at double speed. I will agree that he hasn't lived up to his draft spot but their clearly is talent in that skinny frame. He needs playing time and 30 more pounds. The potential is there, whether or not it's ever reached is anyone's guess. One thing I don't understand though; the Bills have switched to a 3-4 yet on every play I see Maybin down in a 3-point stance lined up in the DE position. The kid needs room to run and room to hit gaps, wtf is he doing in a DE spot???
  18. Maybin looks great on one play and like ass on another. I think this kid needs one full season as a starter to shake the "bust" label. His explosion is insane, he just needs another 20lbs on his frame. That kid needs to spend 4 nights a week at Duff's!
