  1. That's all very nice but you didn't answer my question.
  2. Could you do me a favor, let me know what Bush has been doing for the last 20 years. Outside of executing retarded people that is. I keep hearing about Kerry's record for the last 20 years. I'd love to know what GW was doing 20 years ago. Careful when you open the closet, your skeleton's might fall out.
  3. If the administrations were reversed I'm sure the Republicans wouldn't try to make hay out of the fact that Bin Laden's still a free man. Yeah right. More evidence that both parties are filled with egomaniacal empty suits. I'd be embarassed to call myself a Republican or a Democrat.
  4. So your comfortable with a President with the intellect of a ninth grader? I'm not!
  5. I find it ironic that people are compelled to defend the President's intelligence. The guy that allegedly graduated from Yale doesn't know the meaning of the word "vociferously" and refers to the "internets". Dudes, he's dumber than a bag of hammers.
  6. Actually, I was waiting for the DVD. I wonder if there will be a directors cut.
  7. Oh you are pessimistic and deserve to be blasted. I think you need to stop hanging around JSP!
  8. In seven of the last twelve Bills road games they have scored: NO, NONE, NADA, ZILCHO FREAKING TOUCHDOWNS! Can it get worse? If your defending Drew you tell me just how it gets worse than this. At this point, I'm betting Todd Collins would have put up better numbers. Props to Howard Simon for revealing this number.
  9. Maybe Bledsoe is our version of Bucky Dent or Aaron Boone. Perhaps he can go down in history as Drew "Fuggin" Bledsoe!!!
  10. It's really diffucult to come to grips with just how bad it's gotten. You better sit down because that number is fugly! 17 is the TOTAL number of yards generated by the Ravens offense in the second half. AND WE LOST THE GAME!! Sigh...............
  11. I was wondering if you were retarded, now I know.
  12. Your lucky they didn't try to pawn off those disgusting fried pickles. St. Louis's contribution to the culinary world....yuck!
  13. If most of the 65 yards come inside the red zone I might cheer. I'm not the type to applaud meaningless accomplishments. It's amazing to me how you can villify Mike Williams yet support Drew. It certianly must be an interesting world you live in.
  14. Well that's fine, so throwing on the run in the answer? If we had a guy that was bigger and faster than Flutie, we might have something...oh wait....
  15. Let's move the conversation away from Bledsoe for a second. Let's go back to a time with we were fighting the Flutie vs. Johnson battle. Johnson, who was athletically gifted didn't see the field well and took WAY too many sacks. Flutie, who couldn't see over his line, would come in and a startling metamorphosis would occur. Where the once wasn't a pocket a pocket would appear. Where there once wasn't time it seemed like there was an eternity. Answer that question and you will have solved the Bledsoe riddle.
  16. I had an epiphany this morning, well it might have been a stroke but I'll go with epiphany. The guy that is now regarded as one of the best coaches, if not the best, in the NFL made the decision that his team was better off without Bledsoe. He'd rather face him twice a season as an opponent rather than have him on his own team. YET, we still vociferously defend the guy??? Not me, not anymore.
  17. It was Bledsoe's rating from yesterday's game. It's difficult to look at a number like that and still find a way to defend Drew. Yes his recievers tipped 2 passes that were interecepted but they also caught at least three that they had no business catching. Early in the 1st quarter, Josh Reed made an improbably catch that Drew threw 3 feet over his head. Moulds had two over the middle, one was thrown behind him the other was thrown over his head. It's clearly a give and take at this point. One thing is clear. We are 1-5 with Bledsoe at the helm this season, I won't even go into the road record for the last two year. Can someone please tell me why we shouldn't change just for the sake of change?
  18. I had that thought last night, the downfall of the organization began with Wade's departure. I'd happily take back Wade & Ted. I'm fairly certain that Wade wouldn't have hesitated in putting Bledsoe on the bench.
  19. Maybe we should hire Samuel Jackson as the next Bills head coach. He could come into the locker room and scream: "ARE YOU LISTENING TO ME MOTHER FUGGER?" "I'M GOING TO SHOOT THE NEXT !@#$ THAT TAKES A STUPID PENALTY".
  20. Donahoe hasn't been a complete failure but it appears that he's trying to get there. His biggest failure to date has been his inability to protect his project. He brought Bledsoe here to play QB and in doing so may have saved the franchise. His failing is in providing an OL and scheme to protect his assett. That was a huge error on his part. If JP is the second coming of Kelly, all will be forgiven and forgotten.
  21. It's hard to believe that people could be so ignorant. Gray's defenses is as much a product of how the offense plays as it is of how they play. IF you give a defense a lead they will be much more dominant because they don't play as cautious. When your offense is predicated on 3 and out the defense spends 45 minutes on the field and they are not going to have a good day. I would love to see this defense play with a 14 point lead.
  22. There's a lot of emotion on the board tonight as there usually is after a loss. Unfortunately we've been in this situation much to often this year and I'm confident that most are like me and couldn't imagine this season being the nightmare that it has become. With that said, there's some very insightful stuff on the Wall tonight and there's some absolute drivel. Most of it, as expected, centers around the play of Drew. It's very difficult for some and not so for others to try to admit that there clearly is a problem at the QB position. Drew's defenders point to the inadequacies of the offensive line, his detractors just point to his stats. It's my opinion that neither side is completely right and neither side is completely wrong. Our offensive line is bad, just how bad is sometimes difficult to judge. What is apparent is that the play coming from the QB position is equally inept or possibly worse. Bledsoe still has enough raw physical talent to throw the ball downfield and complete a lot of passes. The crutch is that he needs an inordinate amout of time to do so. He can't move well and he throws even worse when he's trying to move, often making a poor decision or throwing off his back foot. What Bledsoe can't do is elevate the play of those around him. Some guys have it and some don't, you've all seen them. There are athletes who by their very nature make everyone around them play that much better. The limitations imposed by Drew's lack of athleticism affect not only the players around him but the playcalling and the entire offense. His inadequacies are turning into a gigantic skill vacuum. There's more to being a leader than being the veteran. If you don't want to agree with me you don't have to, just ask yourself this simple question. When was the last time you saw Drew make a play out of nothing? It's time to see what the future holds and time to wave goodbye to our current QB. Bledsoe is a superb team guy, a warrior and an individual of tremendous character. None of those traits make him deserving of the starting QB position anymore. Sometimes moving on is just hard. If the Bills don't make a decision that it's time to move on the fans will show them the error of their ways in the sales office.
  23. Sometimes a QB can help his line be better. Such is not the case in Buffalo.
  24. Maybe we could bring back Carl Mauck. He had lots of emotion, most it was painful to watch. Good leaders don't get caught up in emotional roller coasters, they just lead.
