Tiger, I agree with most of your post and we won't truly know what we have until the end of the 2005 season. I think there is one critical point many are overlooking. There is an assumption that JP will have to play great and not make mistakes for the Bills to continue moving forward. I think he merely needs to play solid. I think we've overlooked just how bad DB has played over the last several years. The supporters of DB overlook the fact that he was simply dreadful at times last season. All JP needs to do is play smart and not force stupid turnovers. You've got to get more from a 12 year, $5 million veteran. It's time to turn the page.

Steve is rapidly turning into the equivalant of a sandwich board lunatic. He runs around blurting out incoherent ramblings, always trying to get the attention of people passing by. Intrusive and annoying, but providing a wisp of entertainment. But while your entertained, you can't help but feel just a little sad for him.

I think JP will have times next season when he struggles. I think he'll also have moments of brilliance and plays that will make us all very happy. The difference between now and next year is that Drew also struggles but the great plays are not there anymore.
