here is my wish list trade up or take the best qb in the first round that falls to you. Offer Fitz a restructure to his contract to remain a Bill or cut him. Cut Thigpen and keep smith. If Fitz takes restructure cut TJax. if not keep Tjax and cut Fitz. then draft another qb in late rounds or UDFA. Got your Franchise QB (#1pick) your backup( Fitz or Tjax) and your insurance pick as your third string. Also get a wide receiver and LB in the mix too. Dont care if it is the draft or FA. Oh, I want a new coaching staff too. The new coaching staff fixes the D.

One thing about Chan is he is right! Arguably the most important position on the feild and we have two backups, one third string and 1 qb that makes a very servicable wide receiver. The two backups are TJ and Fitz. TJ should be released, Fitz should get clip board duty. Thigpen needs to be cut. And Smith should be kept for the third stringer slash wr spot. Then Bills need to draft a stud in the first and someone in later rounds of udfa. The stud should be starting day on and the later round or udfa should compete for starting job or backup. problem solved....oh and Chan needs to be gone.

I dissagree with alot of the replys here. I believe that before Nix got here we had a ton of needs and no depth. Now we has some needs and some depth. Willing to give him a couple more drafts to continue to make the changes. While im not willing to say that Gailey is a great coach I will say that if he brings in a offence coach that has a run plan so that Chan can consetrate more on decisions at game time. Look around the league and really study it out. There are not any top teir teams that the coach also holds offence or defence play duties durring the game. If that is changed I am willing to see what happens another year.

I hope he continues to score and clap, and score and clap, and score and clap! 9-7 playoffs or not will give me a reason to be excited about next season.

This is why I refuse to join people on here saying that they need to get it done. All I saw here for the first 5 games of last year was how they needed to extend Ryan and now we are upset because he sucks and it was a bad choice.
