I voted no and I have a qualifier. I know a guy that got a ticket for not wearing his seatbelt. He claimed he had it on the whole time but the cop gace him a ticket anyway. It was then his responsibility to prove he was not guilty. I know I know different league but let the courts let this play out. I was that age once and was rodding about with my 1974 honda civic.
