I see this as the leagues way of keeping the kicking team from kicking it out of the Endzone. Does this make a kickoff specialist a bad thing?
That depends, Can he kick it just short of the end
zone?
I Like him. That said, He was an UDFA. He catches yet doesn't get many YAC. That means a lot! He seems to catch and drop. I would not have an issue with Bills keeping him. I wouldn't have a problem with moving on.
Of all mediocre players in Bills history, you have to admit he was the easiest to like because of his personality!
But in that case wasn't Felton more expendable?
Agree with your reply. I'm of the opinion that I hope his hand hurts too much like the first year we had him and the mean Bills wouldn't let him get it fixed. Remember that? King of excuses.
Actually it is an Old Testament term used by the Children of Israel in Leviticus 16. When they sacrificed the lamb or goat that was an atonement for their sins the priest Aaron would take the blood from the sacrificed lamb and put it on the back of the goat and send it into the wilderness. The goat did nothing wrong but was used to signify carrying the guilt of the nation out of the camp. Mario is not a scapegoat because he caused this to come upon himself.
If the word on the street is correct he should be done. Players were starting to say (without giving names) that he was not buying in. I saw two live games this year and I will tell you Mario could care less if they won or not. We could use our 1st to draft a stud to take his place. A young stud that is hungry for the spotlight trumps a older guy that has a self centered attitude any day. Watch and see.
I asked you one simple question......I'm the one railing? Really? You just sound dead set against Rex succeeding. I agree that I don't want the team torn apart. We do actually have a QB we could be hopeful about right now. Without Rex we wouldn't have him. It isn't all doom and gloom.
