I honestly never like the Elam pick when it happened and thought he was gonna be average at best. I think there is plenty to like about Hairston and will end up getting back into the mix later in the season. Either way, it's good problem to have. Beane needs to start trading his 1st and 2nds and stock piling those 4ths, 5ths and 6ths. Whoever the guy that scouts for "potential late rounders" needs a raise.
