Either way, never seen something drag out as long as this with any other team/player. Hell, Von was suspended within a month and he's a future HOFer. The murder of Nicole, arrest and trial of OJ lasted 18-20ish months but nothing even finished in the the civil courts yet for Rice.

So from what I heard today on the radio, he's gonna skate again for another season and the longer it goes on, the less he is going to serve in terms of suspension.

They have 9 home games this year. so it would end up being 5 home and 7 on the road after that point. And most of the road games are dogs. At Atl, Car, Mia, Hou, Pit, NE and Cle. Nothing is going to ring the ratings bell at this point in the season. If a team takes off at some point, they might flex a later game but the only one I see even being a dark horse is NE. Drake Maye looks like he could be good and as much as I hate Vrabel, the dude can coach.

This schedule is looking pretty official.

Technically, they are allowed back in the building for a ramp up period 2 weeks prior to their suspension ending so they will effectively have 3 weeks of ramp up before they are able to play. Which is probably the best case scenario to get them up to speed. I know it's not team practice, but they are allowed to participate in team meetings, individual drills and exercises.

I doubt it also but it's still a possibility.

My thought is the game could end up being a throw away game for both teams that late in the season. EDIT: Unrelated to previous response...
