It has been made clear that Pegula has wanted to hire a "football czar" in Polian (now we are having tv personalities use us as leverage for contracts which is a new all time low). Who most likely would have got rid of Brandon or Whaley or both. And according to all reports Pegula still wants to bring in a "czar". However in the mean time along with himself, Pegula is putting two guys he went behind their back to in all likely hood get rid of to head the coaching search. So my question is why hire a head coach first and then hire someone to come advise the team on all football decisions. What are the odds this "czar" is going to agree with two people he will probably get rid of and then we have a lame duck coach and set ourselves back another year or two. We know how that goes "this general manager has no ties to these coaches so he owes nothing to the old coaching staff". I feel i have presented the facts but I am sure everything here will be twisted and picked apart. How does this strategy make any sense?

This is false if the Bills win out and the Ravens lose 1 more we will own the tie breaker. Due to the same conference record with us having the strength of schedule tie breaker. As I understand it.

After this Sunday there is almost 0 chance we will be eliminated from The playoffs. Which means the game against New England will be the biggest game for us in 15 years. Why not try to give our team a home field advantage in such a huge game. I have a funny feeling things are going to line up week 17 where if we win we are in the playoffs. Just saying if you are able you might want to think about soaking up this meaningful game as they have been very few and far between. I will be there! Lets go BUFFALO!!!

I agree i have no clue why no one has any faith. Not saying we will win. But this would be less shocking to me than beating Chicago week 1. And let's not forget we did find a way to beat Detroit on the road also. Trust me when i say this half assed cj anderson that the media created aint runnin all over our defense. We will atleast keep it close till The 2nd half. I have very little faith our offense will show up however. Keep mike williams on the bench haha. How about an onside kick and a fake punt and or field goal at some point?

Certainly cant agree with that since Schwartz was responsible for stopping him twice a year for about 7 or 8 years. I would say he knows Manning better than most.

I changed it to 6 as you can see. Schwartz last 3 seasons as DC in Tennessee and most current match ups against Manning. Because i think this is the most relevant stat as far as these two go.

Im at work so I couldn't put to much effort in the research. I looked up how Schwartz faired against trying to stop Manning when he was the DC his final theee years in Tennessee 2006- 2007-2008. Im not sure if he ever coached against him in Detroit but put less emphasis on that due to the fact he was the Head coach and would only be running the D in theory. In six games the Titans allowed a total of 106 points to Manning's Colts. Less than 18 points a game. I know its just a small sample but Schwartz is very familiar with Manning from his days in Tennessee and seems to know how to slow him down.

There seems to be a divide on this board whether the players on this team or coaches are responsibe for what is headed towards yet another rebuild this offseason. Some here think this is a playoff caliber roster while others think we are lacking legitimate QB and our O-line is to big of a trainwreck to be a comtender. While others think that these issues are being used as a crutch and it is an inept coaching staff (Marrone And Hackett namely) holding this team back. Personally I am of the opinion that it is Marrones inability as a game day coach and hiring an offensive coordinator way over his head. He reminds me of a Mularkey clone really. A bit of a meat head who becomes overly conservative on sundays. Although the QB and oline situations are not ideal it is nothing that couldnt be overcame with a better game plan. It usually helps to have the best defensive line in the game. I would reference the Arizona Cardinals who have had to start Drew Stanton as a QB for a good part of the season and still made it work. If you look at that roster top to bottom overall there is not anymore talent than what we have. That pretty much sums up how I feel. What are your thoughts?

It starts today gentleman. The Bills win the pats lose. We are both 5-3. The pats will be 5-4 when we get back from our bye.

Wildcard I know it is early but right teams are losing every week. Example Chargers, Texans, Bengals, Browns. These are all potential wild card teams that should continue their downward spiral if you look at their schedules. Division The Patriots have a void of a roster due to injuries. Maybe we dont match up well against them because let's face it they still own us, but other teams do. I fully expect them to lose 3-4 out of their next 6 with the toughest stretch in the NFL during that time. The Dolphins are their own worst enemy and will never be winners with Tannehill. The Jets are out of it. Buffalo I started saying it right after we lost to the Patriots when i looked at our schedule that the Division will be ours this year. We now have a competent QB which is what we were lacking. His chemistry with Sammy and the others will continue to grow. Our only real problem area our O-line should only get better w Ubrik starting again. I couldn't stand when the media started hopping on the Browns bandwagon 2 weeks ago. I knew they were a farce again due to a simple lack of talent. So expect the media to jump on board a bit after we beat the Jets and alot when we slap K.C around and we are 6-3. The only difference is we actually have the talent that most teams lack. When was the last time we could say that? Let's go Buffalo!

Not my area of expertise but as far a Richardson when he gets beat it just seems he is totally off balance and out of position. Looks like he isn't engaging his defender properly. So in his case i would say it is very poor technique.
