  1. I see your point K9 but your actually making my point of trying to find retread QBs instead of drafting and developing untapped potential. I think there is much more value in drafting and molding a prospect than picking off the scrap heap. But apparently the Bills support your investment strategy which might be how we got here.
  2. Drafted only 3 quarterbacks within the first 6 rounds. And 1 (levi brown) in the 7th. Does anyone else find this remarkable for a team that hasn't had anything resembling a franchise QB in the last 20 years. I challenge anyone to find a team without a true franchise QB for 20 years with less picks used at the QB position. The only thing i can figure is what a reflection this is of incompetence by the Bills organization, namely general managers during this time. Kind of hard to find a franchise guy using retreads in the NFL. 95% of the time no QB worth a damn is going to be available through trades or free agency. Any thoughts? Or is everyone else amazed by this?
  3. 1-Percy is really on a 1 year contract n won't be back. 2-Goodwin is gone after this year. 3-Woods is not a # 2 reciever. He is a slot guy being asked to do to much. A better version of josh reed. 4-Dixon might not make it to the end of the year. 5-*Add mario williams as a guy who will 100% be gone after this year. I remember his contract won't cost us much after this year. He is gone unless he takes a big pay cut which he won 't because he is still young. I think he will go to Dallas.
  4. The new move is not showing replays of calls that should have and weren't made or calls that were made that shouldnt have been. Pretty clever.
  5. Watched about half of the 3rd and 4th quarter and in about 10 Minutes there were 3 blatant non calls that should have been on the pats. -An offsides which resulted in a sack of Luck. (2 pats players jumped) -An illegal block in the back that almost resulted in the Patriots first down. -An obvious hold on the Patriots right tackle that resulted in a brady TD pass. This is just a microcosm of what happens within ten minutes of a typical pats game. So infuriating that the refs are clearly in cahoots with this team and have been for years. What can be done about this? No idea
  6. You have to keep in mind that this board, although full of Bills fans are mostly simplistic middle americans. You know the kind of people who think applebees is a great place to spend a friday night. People who think will smith is straight and csi is a good tv show. It is easier for them to be dismissive of the fact that the NFL and its officials are heavily tied to the BILLIONS of dollars illegal sports betting generates. In the words of the great tom cruise: let's not be glib. Don't let these people over run those of us who can still look up and see the sky.
  7. From that replay it looks like the slant TD is on Preston Brown. You can see he was suppose to drip back and play zone and instead he went after the RB when Bradham already had him covered. The linebackers have played poorly in the 2 losses.
  8. Not sure how you people can't see how extra time off is beneficial. And as far as the patriots game goes unless we get to choose our own refs in that extra couple days we have 0 chance of beating them on the road. It would never be allowed.
  9. The giants extra couple of days might help for the first few mins. But then the fact that they are the sloppiest team in football and have been for years will catch up to them. Unless manning has a perfect game which is doubtful, we should win easily.
  10. Yeh with the exception of 1 or 2 spots in the AFC it is clear to see the the teams who will be in the playoffs at the end of the year. So no i don't think it is 2 early for this.
  11. So the *pats have been helped the most by penalties this year. Thats very suprising. The real study needs to be at what point in the game these penalties are being called. The refs make it a habit to bail out the *pats with devastating penalties to keep their drives alive. When they call a penalty against the *pats it is almost always a meaningless first down penalty or on a play that would have resulted in a loss for the *pats anyway. And this is was not just noticed yesterday but has been going on since kraft bought the team.
  12. Good points. I pretty much feel the same way. I would take it a step further with the *pats though and say not only will they probably always "mess you up" but by the off chance you are ahead of them the refs wouldn't allow you to win.
  13. I would start with the Boston Mafia. That might sound like a joke but they have already been caught fixing games ar a high level. As i said this is beyond coincidence at this point. I would compare this to setting a video Game to cheating mode. And expecting to win.
  14. It boggles my mind that peiple seem not to be to 2 imterested in this. Especially after this game. Good luck im Mew England this year haha
  15. Hahaha. It is criminal really. Hate to be righht about this but how did i know. They will call nothing but crucial penalties on us. But they will throw us a bone by calling meaningless penalties against the *pats. Now you have to find out why this is. Seems like it isnt coming from Goodell but there is clearly a outside influence that should be looked into someday. The favoritism towards the *pats is more than a coincidence. Clearly. Let's not be ignorant anymore.
  16. I really hope some1 did the right thing with the fire alarm
  17. If the Boston mob controlled college basketball games is it that far of a stretch to think they could influence NFL officials? That would sure do alot of explaining wouldn't it?
  18. Exactly. As a historian we shouldn't be so quick to forget the past. And then stand there with dumb looks on our faces if it happens again.
  19. This should be fun! How many game changing calls have there been against th *pats in our favor the last 15 years? I count 0. On the other end probably 7 or 8 against us when the game was close.
  20. Sorry have to throw this out there due to the way we have been hosed against the *pats as far back as pete carroll was the coach. We are to forgetful (Jerry Hughes personal foul for slapping his own teammates head?) Not saying it will happen this year but Tell me if this sounds familiar: -Penalties called on both teams fairly equally through the first half. (Bills usually still in it) -Third quarter first *pats drive is stalled at a certain point....but wait here is the first phantom illegal contact call on the Bills and the *pats go on to score. (Insert former bills coach standing emotionless looking at the ground) -The now dejected defense finally holds the *pats to a fg but it is now a 17 point game because the Bills offense is inept. -Now in th 4q the *pats put it away with a 35 yard touchdown...but wait there is an offensive holding call on the *pats (almost as if to say"see we call it both ways" when in reality the momentum shift of the first illegal contact on the Bills was titanic) The the Bills force a punt and score a touchdown with 8 minutes left. -The Bills make a great play and force a *pats punt !!!! What's this? Illegal hands to the face on the Bills and the *pats runnout the clock leaving just enough time for whatever reject Bills qb time to run around like a chicken with their head cut off trying to score a meaningless TD. At this point you want to punch Phill Simms in the face as the announcer because you feel he is part of the problem with life. Oh the memories!
  21. Pulling a fire alarm in their hotel last year like they did to us to piss all the players off and give um no sleep. Id do it if i was closer than 4 hours away
  22. I must say i dont think kelso has ever agreed with a penalty called on the Bills
  23. I have personally boycotted all Kraft food products. No reason to give the devil my hard earned $
