  1. Then why tell the coach that? I'm not even sure they have an x-ray machine. Pretty sure they just send players to convenient care to diagnose them. The coach and every media outlet. But why pay attention ?
  2. We have discussed this before but the Reggie Ragland injury is a perfect example of how bad our medical staff is. 1. Rather than use precaution they let Ragland walk of the field on his own with a partially torn ACL. Even though it was a non contact injury which almost always involves a tear of some sort. 2. They tell Rex Ryan they don't think there was any ligament damage. (Rex didn't come up with that on his own). 3. They tell the team they will have a definitive answer by Sunday or Monday, failing to take into account the severity of the swelling which will not allow a second opinion that quickly. Between constantly rushing star players back from injury Manuel (knees), McCoy (hamstring), Aaron Williams (neck) and misdiagnosing injuries (Lawson) they have shown a level of incompetence that has affected our teams chances to win games. Im beginning to think our medical staff is made up of a group of Arbys workers who thought it would be a funny gag to apply for the job.
  3. Watched the amazon hard knocks style documentary and he is the heart of that team in the locker room. He seems to have changed his way. Good for him.
  4. I like Taylor but in regards to the Bills if you have been "negative" the last 16 years over the players/coaches you have been right 90% of the time.
  5. They did. That's why they drafted Shaaaa....oh wait.
  6. I had a feeling before this happened that between his concussions, being a lardass, and a dumbass, he was one and done anyway. Glad im a Sabres fan now too. This Bills team is nothing to be excited about. The Sabres however....
  7. Sadly our medical staff will probably rush all of these guys back for training camp so they can get injured and be ready for week 10.
  8. All things considered i would say he is top 5. I think his stats back it up. Yeh he had a couple disastrous games but in fairness he turned the jax game around and we should have won without the phantom pi call on robe. And when we played cincy they were the top ranked d from what i recall. I also recall sammy being out during those games. His top receivers were an injured woods and chris hogan. Not a huge EJ guy as a starter, but as a backup he had the tools if he has weapons and a run game. His ceiling is much higher than other backups.
  9. Yup still hate him. I change the radio or tv whenever his no talented pedophile lookn ass is on.
  10. There use to be a real mystique the star players had. Now you know what they ate for breakfast and their stance on gay marriage. Social media dampened a lot of things sadly.
  11. Yes, that Robbie is still in Final Warning.
  12. In the movie Wedding Singer, "I'm not in love with the Robbie now. Im in love with Robbie from 6 years ago. Robbie the lead singer of Final Warning. With the leather pants and the silk shirt unbuttoned. Licking the microphone like David Lee Roth." I think this is how I feel about the Bills. I grew up and fell in love with the the way Andre Reed got open on third down. Bruce Smith coming up with a huge sack on third down. The way Thurman Thomas hit the hole. Jim Kelly somehow becoming mobile enough when it counted to avoid pressure and make a big throw on a crucial play. Chances are we will never see a group of players like that for the Buffalo Bills again. And we didn't need to know everything about their personal lives. If Thurman threw a women's only party and stomped on people at night clubs over a bottle of champagne we didn't know about it. If Andre Reed thought people were below him he didn't have twitter to post about it. If the incoming rookie class had a combined iq of 87 there was no rookie tour video to display that. As the NFL continues to become more and more like Walmart everyday, combined with social media, it is becoming clear things will never be the same again. Not even these brilliant slogans like "Lead the Charge" the marketing department comes up with every year are enough anymore to deflect from the current state of not only the Bills, but the NFL as a whole. I'll apologize now for not having my head in the sand and making a positive post. I do write dark comedy for a living.
  13. Our medical staff is the worst. Constantly rushing (or atleast allowing) guys back from injuries to get hurt again and now this. They should be fired. And btw his shoulder seemed fine when he was hitting on the receptionist in that "hilarious" rookie tour video. Some say hilarious others say a group of seemingly low intelligence football players slogging through everyday life. Although at one point when Cardale said the standing buffalo looked like a "cowl" for the 5th time i think he was close to going off on a tangent about quantum physics.
  14. Don't worry, don't worry. He will be back in time for training camp....to get hurt again.
  15. Just watched his Real Sports interview from sometime in the spring of 2015. A couple of things stood out to me and not in a good way. 1. He loves Buffalo so much and wants to live in the "place with the most snow" yet he lives in Nashville Tennessee most of the year. 2. He is Dyslexic. 3. Rather than try to control his eating and exercise to lose weight when he "suddenly" realized he weighed 350 pounds he immediately got weight loss surgery. 4. He falsely guaranteed the Super Bowl nearly every year he was in NY. 5. And the most scary thing is he thinks the only reason Rob Ryan isn't a head coach is because he has long hair. It's easy to see how he won the Pegulas over with his charisma but he is just not a bright guy. It almost makes me feel bad for Whaley as I think this is much more the owners coach than his. And not to be a Whaley apologist and beat a dead horse but Manuel was also a Nix guy. So the two biggest decisions under his supposed GM regime were made by other people. On his own he has done quite well.
  16. No. It appears he is just hanging up the phone w the Bills when they go nuts.
  17. Never watched ogeltree. Anthony Barr certainly did slam people.
  18. Just a fair warning. If we pick a guy who doesn't bruise when he hits its a bad sign. It will be easy to figure out after watching 20 seconds of highlights.
  19. When you watch any of the great NFL dline/linebackers college highlights they slammed people down when tackling them. If they had a clear path to the QB they rocked them. One such example of what to look out for is the guys who seem they have to put far to much effort into bringing someone to the ground. Aaron Maybin is one if the many examples that comes to mind for me. Right after we drafted him and they show his highlight film i knew we were doomed. He was not physically strong enough and had to tug guys down. Myles Jack is a great example of someone who slams someone down as opposed to have to tug them to the ground. I feel as though the tackling style of a dlinemen/linebacker is a good indication of how they will work out as a pro.
  20. One example doesn't constitute an argument.
  21. This is what happens when u have hillbillies who eat so much fast food they have to get stomach surgery coaching in the NFL. I would love to see what Ivy League educated coaches could do. Compared to a fatso who is only in the NFL because of his dad. When a man with average intelligence like BBelichick looks like a genius it says something about the coaches in the NFL.
  22. He didnt give up. It looked like he was trying to not just fall on it but wanted to catch it on the bounce so he could run with it. Unfortunately for him it took a funny bounce.
  23. This was not an anti rex post. I was just stating what i believe most of us thought which was our defense would be dominant going in to the 2015 season. I think many of us even while watching the game were left scratching our head wondering what the hell was going on.
