    End of Ralph threads.The coaching search is not going well BEcause of Ralph`s age. Uncertainty of the Bills future. That`s IT.END OF STORY ...GOT IT.

    He needs to sell part of the team to a younger person or group. It would help to sign some kind of agreement on keeping the Bills in Buffalo after he passes. I think this would or is the only thing holding us from signing a good coach.

    I`m not saying I don`t like Ralph . But He plain and simple is the problem. It`s just that he`s too old and it scares away alot of prospects.

    No just another fan that can see the real problem.Ralph has to give these prospects a clue of the future of the Bills. Or as I said before they will just wait another year when somebody else gets fired.Then they can go to a more stable place of employment.

    Nobody wants to come to the armpit of the NFL. This is getting bad.It`s all about Ralph. Uncertain future and a 91 yr old owner. Thats it .Nothing more to be said.Ralph needs to give these guys a plan of the Bills future. Their are coaching jobs that come up EVERY year. These guys will wait it out another year for a more stable franchise.

    It just seems like the Bills are being left out of any coaching questions when asked . Cowher nothing , Billick nothing. Up and comers,thats it.

    I now live on thirty acres in Pa.Northwestern.Grew up on Aldridge and Whitfield .And yes South Buffalo and South Park look like a dump to me. What happened to all the Irish catholics there?

    Face it . This is the level coach we are going to have to live with with this ownership. Has beens and not wanted up and comers.No job security is the main and only reason.There has to be a plan that Buffalo stays here awhile.
