Oliver is not worth a big contract. He can’t play consistently down in and down out in the NFL IMO. He’s not good enough against the run. And he hasn’t been productive enough / way short of expectations against the pass.

And the opportunity cost is too great w cooks speed breaking a play - you can’t give DS significant Carries.
