More sports > more tv > more sponsors > more $ -
Will there be a piece on Jim overdorff. The man the myth the legend. IS he EVEN REAL?
-
Are we / TBD doing a live thread for each episode? Like a game? (We def should)

Great post. It’s why Jeremy and Wgr are correct. Beane and the org don’t value WR to the same degree
-
Xavier = James in my brain yes chiefs struck out at the position. The point is they keep swinging
-
Rashee rice and James worthy are better by a good amount than Shakir and whoever you want to put as #2 again this is a philosophy / roster building post. Bills have been ok / good. Cheifs have been better
-
It’s the philosophy. They’re doing it right. We’re doing it wrong. Objectively 3 super bowls. 5 appearances Vs 0 appearances

https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/chiefs-see-rookie-receiver-jalen-royals-as-a-similar-player-to-rashee-rice chiefs get it. Why can’t Brandon ? Let it go. We don’t need meh rotational backup DL and secondary. MULTIPLES of them
-
Classic meaningless player comments about “how they’re changing their diet” ”they shed weight/ leaner “ ”they gained weight / more muscle” it’s all hogwash. It’s what underperforming players say
-
Then maybe the pick should have been Ladd. Don’t resign Shakir. Then there’s more $ for other players or James cook. It just gets back to roster building for me. You pick the best player available because the dominos that fall year to year either way have a big impact. instead beane picked based on need. Again. time will tell. But Coleman is going to be worse gave Davis type target black hole if the bills keep playing him outside.
-
I just don’t get the pick beane . It’s not gonna end up being right. Ladd >> Coleman Coleman will be out of the league in3-5 years

Red raiders 4 life ! -
Yea disagree a lot. Has he been Kelce? No. That was my hope but he’s good. They hit him deep on long developing over routes. Takes time and everything sort of has to work for it to go right. I believe ten game he had 2 of those. The intermediate / deep middle is non existent in our O. Part is how D played us. We don’t have any alphas on outside. And I really don’t think Josh likes throwing and threading needles on seam balls pit playoff game td was the only exception to above he has great yac #s believe it or not he’s a bigger Cole Beasley. Hes possession guy. Button and stick routes. Quick turn around and get upfield. and your red zone point is valid. But come on - read the room. Our O philosophy changed massively last year. We’re gonna pound the rock or Josh is gonna run it in. Basically gonna take Kincaid off the field everytime

From Google: “In the 2024 NFL season, the Kansas City Chiefs generated the highest TV ratings, with an average of 25.5 million viewers per game. Following closely behind were the Detroit Lions with 23.8 million viewers, and the Dallas Cowboys and Baltimore Ravens each attracting 23.8 million viewers, rounding out the top four.” it’s all about the ratings

It’s about tv ratings. This is entertainment. DAL will draw huge numbers
