  1. This is just infuriating that it would happen days after the trade deadline. I would hope that if McBeane & Co knew we had 2 busted LBs, one on IR, and one who forgot to be an LB, they would have made moves besides raiding the FA fridge for left overs. If we can salvage a playoff appearance without an LB corps, Frazier deserves an award and McDermott needs coach of the year
  2. Tyrod doesn’t have a thread every week to keep his memory alive like other former QBs who were even longer ago.
  3. It’s interesting that we are fine with boxers/MMA fighters being concussed constantly for their entire career including sparring/training. THEIR money/health ratio is somehow more appropriate than NFL players with protective gear, concussion protocols, and who are paid more.
  4. Where are all the members of the Ryan Fitzpatrick Broken Heart’s Club Band now? The peanut section has been awfully quiet. I don’t think there’s even been a new Fitz thread in *gasp* 3 or 4 days!
  5. Knee jerk reaction time. Has McBeane and Co whiffed as badly on defensive talent as much as they seem to have on AJ Klein? He’s got a 3 year 18 mil contract with 9.7 guaranteed and the only discernible highlight play he has made in hindsight was to not tackle Newton so he could get the ball punched out by Zimmer.
  6. Been following him since a friend told me about his sense of humor.
  7. Yeah the Pats would be pissed. No iphone could match the fine video cameras they used to spy on sidelines and practices.
  8. I was misremembering him having a concussion last year in training camp.
  9. Moss needed 3.6 yards on this carry. Mongo helped him out lol
  10. Hasn't this happened before? Morse goes down with a concussion, is out for 3 weeks minimum while Feliciano comes in and the running game flourishes?
  11. At this point, I'd be willing to take a chance on a 100% rested and healthy FA like Clay Matthews than to march out a what appears to be a 40% healthy Edmunds. He's obviously hurt. So obviously hurt that BB is actively running in his direction. I still believe in Edmunds. Marching him out there just to take Ls not only is limiting our overall defense, but might ultimately hurt his confidence. Let's invest in his recovery instead of mortgaging his future.
  12. I remember him only because I got his starting lineup for Christmas one year. I got other not so notable division rival starting lineups in my collection including Mickey Shuler and Mark Clayton.
  13. the All-22 will show how many times he’s been blatantly held. especially the 1st field goal drive. aside from letting Newton out of his hands on that last drive, he’s been a disruptive force.
  14. there’s always one Josh brain fart a game. hopefully this is the only one
  15. You wouldn’t be on this forum if you had no hope. There’s a type: puts up a bristly front, despises optimism, says pessimistic things constantly, secretly happy when things turn out well but can’t show it. Looks like this:
  16. The Hollywood version of this story would have had us beating a Brady led Pats last season when the cosmos and our D aligned for it. Don’t get me wrong, I would very much like to beat a Belichick team. The whipped cream and cherry would have been last year. Now it’s frozen yogurt with sprinkles. Still good, just not as good as it could be.
  17. Anyone ever wonder why there’s no bleu cheese flavor? Me neither. That cheeseburger flavor they ran a few years ago was strangely spot on. Not good, but tasted like what they were going for.
  18. With the exception of WR. He either doesn’t value the position as highly, or it’s the one blind spot in the scouting department.
