  1. Just a reminder that the Browns gave Watson a $230 Million guaranteed contract. It happened. Any QB who doesn’t ask for at least that afterwards is admitting he doesn’t bring as much to the table as a 25 time accused sexual assaulter. So Kyler Murray. Lamar thinks more of himself than Kyler Murray. Now that the XFL isn’t a tour de force and March Madness is too far away, the media wants to pick up old stories and refurbish them for content about Lamar.
  2. I like that someone disagreed with that. This is the content I come for.
  3. Spoiler alert: If the hot supermodel wife complains online, she gets sympathy. If Poyer goes out and yells that he’s underpaid, it’s not the best look. They’re executing Rosenhaus’ plan to perfection. He says hypotheticals like “if i’m not re-signed, well by golly gosh, I’d sure like more money please.” Never directly aiming at the FO but subtly suggesting they’re ungrateful. She says “I don’t want to move but my hubby needs to be paid.” They both come out smelling like roses and even the agent doesn’t even have to hard sell. Some team is going to get taken to the cleaners for a half a good year of a guaranteed contract.
  4. He’s playing his role to a T. Just the latest PR stunt to squeeze out a little more cash. His wife did her part, and his loan shark agent will cash in. He played us like a fiddle and hats off to the bull.
  5. It’s hilarious that all 32 teams want to pretend that brown stain on the underwear of the NFL called the Deshaun Watson contract didn’t happen.
  6. If he’s cleared of all the charges, but most importantly the STIs he’s admitted to having. I don’t want my team catching his infected spores in the showers.
  7. 19) Tremaine Edmunds, #Patriots, 5 years, 77.7M. Looking more like only WE think he’s worth 20 a year
  8. Sucks for him. Reid should have went out on top and enjoyed a burger filled retirement. The way to go out would be when the NFL as a whole has backtracked the can’t win it all narrative and sung your praises. But if there’s one place where the previous OC underperformed and just being middling would be a huge difference, it would be WAS. All he has to do is decent and it will look great for him.
  9. Poyer, his beautiful wife, and his loan shark agent chewing on a toothpick and flipping a nickel, (pictured here) have all made the bat signal of “overpay me.” Poyer made the case to be paid by being an iron man this season, and not holding out preseason. His media postulation and his wife’s social media have played their parts perfectly. He comes off looking wronged and undervalued. Hats off to the bull. Rosenhaus has completed the sweep and the FO looks duped.
  10. Calling it now, he’s going to get less than 20. Spotrac’s contract estimate wasn’t some gross electronic error. Edmunds is a specialized player that hasn’t been asked to be a traditional LB since Frazier became DC. Teams can hope he’ll become one but they’re not going to pay for hopes in advance. They’re going to merely outbid the highest bidder if they’re sold on him. With our luck, watch him sign for something just out of our reach like 16.
  11. Arizona is the worst HC opening. They signed the QB and fired the coach. Almost like Miami did with Flores and not-Herbert. Good luck getting anyone to sign up for that abuse in a 1 and done season.
  12. Love that this happens when the NFL is scripted meme hits its peak. The refs tainted their own script. Chiefs probably win anyway without the extra help but they couldn't just leave it to chance.
  13. could have used Venus for a halftime speech
  14. The spirit of Reddit finally came to my last refuge online as a Bills fan. So many threads about gatekeeping other Bills fans' fandom and/or demanding fan cards. "My dog, wife, and truck died before a Bills game. In a season they went 0-13 I watched them lose the finale and I was THANKFUL! Both ways! 10 miles! In the snow!" Virtue signaling about how you're taking devastating loses with no real explanation like a pro. "My wife didn't tell me why she left, why does McD have to tell me about 13 seconds?" Or the weird third-party critique of Bills fans in general that goes something like: "Humans are strange. They want a team to win on the tv. Isn't that weird? It's just a game." You wouldn't bother to visit if it were. Never really appreciated this forum as much as I do now. You don't have to worry about getting permabanned for having a legitimate take/gripe. Many threads are about actual Bills news that I usually see before an outlet like ESPN. The veterans on this board understand that our season only ended 3 weeks ago. The Super Bowl hasn't happened yet. Even that is going to be salt in the wound. We can't even really process the end of the season because it hasn't happened. It's like expecting for someone to be done grieving before a funeral. If you've already made peace with the season and how it ended, great. Have a cookie. If you haven't, also have a cookie. Cookies all around!
  15. I was waiting for the part where he says “so Mitch got a knuckle sammich.” But I like that they interviewed the puncher and he says he’s good with it. Probably felt great. 😆
  16. Haven’t seen any confirmation of this topic yet so it may just be time filling conjecture. But after the AB debacle, it doesn’t seem that far of a stretch that Tomlin’s main skill is to keep divas under wraps from the media at least.
  17. It’s telling when he isn’t promoted or extended and makes a lateral move to another team.
  18. At one point he was the best player on the roster. Washington fans I know personally really question his injury return timeline and his love of the game. But to be honest, we have the same contingent that doubts Tre White as well.
