QB and coach are the same. QB's are both great guys that wouldn't harm a dog. Coaches both fans of punting on 4th down in the opposing team's territory in the 4th quarter.
He lost his passion for the game. The concussion may have helped, but it was clear from the position battle when he was cleared to play that he liked riding the pine more than playing the position.
Exactly. How other QBs throw 1 td and its "good enough to win." That phrase has been the bane of the board this year. It should only be used by the winning team in retrospect, not wistfully by the losing team.
Shows you what kind of owner we have when we would sacrifice a the slight edge a home game gives you for money. Oh wait, I forgot. The Cryptkeeper isn't cheap. We're just ungrateful fans. That's right. I forget so easy.
I agree with you that Brady is 60% of it. It will be interesting to see how soon Bellicheat cuts him loose because he thinks its all his system and Brady is too old/immobile/diva/expensive.
At this point in time RG3 has unlimited upside and we're sticking with a career backup in the downward slide of his career. The odds of Fitz suddenly getting better are low and not for long. I don't think most are enamored with RG3 because of what he's necessarily done so far but his potential dwarfs Fitz.
I told friends after week 1 that you know you team is horrible when you're wishing for next season before the 4th quarter of the 1st game.
The best thing could still happen this season... new ownership.
Fitz said it himself, he has no killer instinct. His apologists claim he does "enough to win." Tom Brady throws TDs while up by 35, but Fitz manages not to throw an INT for 3 quarters and "he's done enough." Doesn't cut it.
So a meaningless 8-8 that can be chalked up as a successful season is fine for you? You must have tickets for the last home game because there is no other logical reason to hope for that.
