Report from tonight's Fan Advisory Board meeting
OldNMBillsFan replied to JÂy RÛßeÒ's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Along with what has already been mentioned, the only other suggestion I have for getting fans to their seat before kickoff is to have a seat drawing. The drawing would be after the coin toss. Have the numbers drawn from a ball machine. Section, row and seat. Have a camera follow the process displaying it on the Jumbotron. When the seat number is called, if the individual with that ticket is seated, they win a significant amount of cash. $5,000 or more. If the seat is empty, no one wins and there is no other drawing for that game. -
Report from tonight's Fan Advisory Board meeting
OldNMBillsFan replied to JÂy RÛßeÒ's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
You may be correct on only wanting more money. I hope it has to do more with the fan experience. I made it to 2 games last year. My tickets are near the isle. It is frustrating to try to watch the first 5 minutes of the game when the isles are still full from the late fans trying to take their seats. -

Freds rushing stats last year
OldNMBillsFan replied to Buffaloed in Pa's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Fred does more than run the ball. IMO, he is one of the best at protecting the QB. Did anyone see when Fred upended JJ Watt at Houston? JJ looked back at him like, who the heck was that. I couldn't find a video of that, but here are some of my all time favorite Fred moments. Age may slow his him down a step or two, but his experience in the backfield while protecting the QB is irreplaceable. http://www.nfl.com/gamecenter/2014090702/2014/REG1/bills@bears?icampaign=GC_schedule_rr#menu=gameinfo%7CcontentId%3A0ap3000000390761&tab=videos http://www.nfl.com/gamecenter/2013090800/2013/REG1/patriots@bills?icampaign=GC_schedule_rr#menu=gameinfo%7CcontentId%3A0ap2000000240169&tab=videos http://www.nfl.com/gamecenter/2011112002/2011/REG11/bills@dolphins?icampaign=GC_schedule_rr#menu=gameinfo%7CcontentId%3A09000d5d8244a171&tab=videos -
Freds rushing stats last year
OldNMBillsFan replied to Buffaloed in Pa's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Please post facts. These stats are false. Jackson had 141 Carries, 525 yds, 3.7 ypc, 0 yes 0 fumbles in 141 carries. Brown had 36 carries for 126 yards for a 3.5 YPC, and a game loosing lost fumble. Brown's stats are not that impressive. -
Additions/Subtractions so far (3/19/15)...
OldNMBillsFan replied to eball's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
When you look at the talent added compared to the talent that left that contributed to the 9-7 record, barring injuries, I believe they are a better team. When you add the fact that rookie and 2nd years players should improve with experience. (For Example, Watkins, Woods, Hogan, EJ?, P. Brown, Henderson, Robey, D Williams) I think this could easily be an 11 win team. Time will tell. Go Bills -
They didn't. You must have just looked at the photos.

Someone agrees with you. They have the Bills as the 5th most improved after the first week. Miami 4th, and the Jets as the most improved. They have the Pats at 2nd worst. It should be an interesting season in the AFC East. Any other ex-smokers out there?
OldNMBillsFan replied to Pine Barrens Mafia's topic in Off the Wall Archives
No. It has been 5 years for me. I only have the urge about 3 to 4 times a year now. I was the same after the first year. As time goes by it gets better. Good Luck -
http://espn.go.com/nfl/player/stats/_/id/5615/matt-schaub http://espn.go.com/nfl/player/stats/_/id/8644/matt-cassel And exactly what makes you think Cassel is that much better?
-
IMO. He is an upgrade over Cassel.

If the 4.5 Mil/Yr offer is true, things have changed at OBD. In the past, the Bills would have overpaid for a fan favorite mediocre player. I cant remember the bills making so many moves in the off-season, and it hasn't officially started yet. Renew your season tickets folks. This could be an exciting year. Go Bills

Bills to trade Kiko Alonso for LeSean McCoy
OldNMBillsFan replied to CNY315's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
JMO. They leaked this way too soon. There is way too much time between now and 4 PM Tuesday. I honestly think there is a good chance of this not happening. How many other teams are looking at what they can give up for McCoy? -

This is not a done deal. A lot can happen between now and next Tuesday. McCoy is not happy about the trade and is not going to make it easy. http://6abc.com/sports/lesean-mccoy-traded-to-bills/542711/ -

I would only believe it if Foles was thrown in too. -

New England Patriots caught deflating game balls
OldNMBillsFan replied to FireChan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I thought this would just blow over. Pereira's view is that it will be dealt with harshly. This could get interesting. http://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nfl/pereira-on-deflate-gate-this-is-cheating-and-it-is-something-the-league-will-deal-with-harshly/vi-AA8roRM -
LOL So, You think the Bills going only 1 of 8 (12.5%) on 3rd down had absolutely nothing to do with their loss? That year, the Bills were only forced to punt on an average of 3 times a game. The NY Giants defense forced them to put 6 times.
-
Thank you for proving my point. The Bills had plenty of possessions to win the game. The Giants defense won that game.
-
I disagree.... The Bills had to punt 6 times in that game. His defensive game plan was considered so successful it was placed in the HOF. The giants defense won that game. I totally disagree with your so called MYTH!!! http://mmqb.si.com/2014/05/14/nfl-history-in-95-objects-bill-belichick-super-xxv-game-plan/
