    First four picks are exactly what we need. Last year we got to the afc championship without a good front 7 and got exposed. Now we add depth and nastiness.. hmm check number 1

    We need to protect our most important asset.. hmm check number 2. 
    Amazing how many people are expressing a desire for CB2. Let’s get real the reason kc beat us is we couldn’t get to mahommes and their dline manhandled us

    Bunch of coworkers and I play the market. We all have bunch of money in 401k so this is fun. Been buying companies on the downside and dumping them when they hit our benchmark. Usually 100 shares at a whack. We all started with 5k last summer and we are avg about 15k now so far so good.

    I owned my own business for twenty years. Owned the building, large retail/hardware nursery, landscaping, repair etc. Lots of inventory and equipment. Here’s a few points to ponder.

    Financing is one of the most important parts to stay afloat. No bank is going to finance anything without collateral. They will steer you to sba because their exposure will be limited. So expect them to put a second on your home. Looks like you need a working capital loan with a line of credit. The issue they will have is you don’t own the inventory that is why they will collateral anything you have equity in.

    sba used to have a nice express package that I used for an additional line of credit. Stay away from online lenders or credit card financiers. You probably won’t have receivables so factoring is not an option.

    2. Look for ways to generate additional revenue either add on fees or recurring. If you are doing car ports. Charge for set up and delv. Build into price. Maybe get into tent rentals etc.

    Best advice I ever received was from a long time owner who told me. Don’t care the size of your business, cash flow is king. Follow that rule and you will be fine.

    lastly. Have an exit plan even if it’s 20 years from now. I subdivided my property and sold off parcels. One to a credit union and the rest to a developer when a grocery chain built adjacent to me.

    Head-to-head, more passing yards - Mahomes: win

    TD passes for game - Mahomes over 1.5: win

    I try and stay away from props unless I’m in Vegas and going on a run.. been playing the percentages and on a smart run so far this season

    I’ve been betting for years mostly nfl and the horses. Table games blackjack and poker. Luv 3card and Caribbean . Took a beating at saratoga this year on the ponies . 
    its my only vice. Made plenty of money I hate to say it against the bills but a ***** coach always loses

    this year its gase, Quinn and Patricia . Don’t like Lynn either. 
    mcdermott is a great coach and made plenty of cash with them the past 2 years. Especially the Pitt game.

    this year we are parlaying the packers whenever we can. Rodgers is pissed and on a

    I’ve been playing parlays for quite a few years now and want to know some others who do.

    Ive taught my son [24] the ins and outs and we have fun playing together.

    Our rules:

    1. Never more than 100$ a week

    2. Never chase

    3. We must both agree on the picks no matter what.

    4. Always cash out winnings!!! Never let them

    sit or you will spend it.

     

    One of our friends works in Vegas and we have an account set up at ceasers.  This is week 3 and vegas gets smart with lines. 
    Don’t like anything this week. Too many either or games and colts/jets line is ridiculous.

    Probaly tease the colts to -6 with the packers to plus 9..

    Love to hear some great stories. My best was 

    Giants moneyline against Pats in 07. Only time I bet against belichek. He is a gamblers nightmare
