I am not a mind reader but, I think it is over. Watching Rex... I think he has been told he will not be kept on. He was asked to maintain a good face for the good of the team. If other teams can win with their QB on suspension (Pats) or injured (Cowboys) or just playing bad (Packers). Why does Rex get a pass? The buck stops with him. Everyone says you have to have great QB in this league... but do you really? We could play this game all day... Matt Castle just stinks, but he had a great record with the Pats, Colin Kaepernick is awful but went to a super bowl, etc.....

Nice post... but everyone needs to relax. We are not curing cancer here. This board is for fun and fans to be fans.. Occasionally I think opposing views are stupid. But the person saying them are not awful humans. We are all Bills fans. We are bonded by a common thread. While some views stated here are dumb, criminally stupid, ill informed, and even mean. I will still cheer loudly next to that guy at the bar or home game. We are the Bills mafia.... screw the Patriots! Now if I can only get all of America to think the same thing. I am true deep conservative, my neighbor is whiny liberal. But I borrows his tools and I help him snow blow his driveway. He watches my house when I am gone. We are Americans. Oh and by the way... Hillary is corrupt and If I had sent a single classified email on a private server while I was on active duty in Iraq, I would be in jail. No question. I often wonder how many players (active and former) read these post and how many of them post unanimously. Some of these insights seem to have real knowledge and some are insane wild guesses. Like how would someone know that KW was having trouble with the playbook or adjustments? Or about his attitude in the summer. Or his practice habits? I once saw a post about Baby Gronk missing assignments... how would any member of the regular public know that? I saw post about JWill ribs... it is not on an injury report. Years ago there was a claim Thurman Thomas was a poster here..... Just wondering... does anyone come out of the closet and admit they play or played for the Bill's? I guess this could be a whole new post I should have started.

Then what is the problem with signing him. He fails again cut him again. He has a concussion... IR. You can structure a deal that is super tough on his behavior.

Would you welcome him back? None of our current number two running backs has impressed me.... They guy we drafted this year, Johnathan Williams, I don't even remember a single play he has made.... way to early to call him a bust. Reggie Bush... nothing Mike Gillislee... not impressed at all. At this point, I would even talk with old man Freddie Jackson (I am joking of course). What if the plan all along was to bring him back after week 4? Just saying.... This team sucks! Is it Rex? Is it Rob? Was it Roman? The FO? Scouting? Here is how you fix it. Start firing people, one at a time. Including players.... the water boy, the equipment guy, the contracts guy, medical staff..... Remember the old army joke... We will keep executing people until morale improves.
