  1. I think he breaks it. But even if he doesnt this year, i think he will in the future
  2. Yeah TE spot has been rough this year. Besides the ones you mentioned, Dallas Goedert now that he's healthy showed what he can do last week, Hunter Henry, Evan Engram finally had his break out game last week. Darren Waller of course, quietly having a good season. Mark Andrews as well. Lots of these guys i'd say have shown glimpses of what they can do, but all have had been plagued by drops or bad qb play or something else. Someone mentioned Logan Thomas last week & how he was a Bill & i couldn't believe that i forgot that. Would've preferred we kept him, we could use that Gesicki type guy, a 6'6 wr out there.
  3. I was part of a discussion over the "Quick Draw" label given to Allen & how its something you see from the old west. I wonder if its a nod to the Circle the Wagons & our namesake Buffalo Bill Cody? Curious to see your opinions on it if you have any.
  4. Couldn't agree with you more. The belief we have in our current Bills is bigger than 1 flukey miraculous catch at the end of the game. None of us think that Arizona loss is gonna ruin our season or the psyche of our team. Our season & future is great, regardless of that play. Back in the day we had no such belief, we were riding on hope & that drop was just another smack in the face during a time when you were often foolish for having any. Its why that hail mary play is nowhere near the Music City Miracle or Wide Right, frankly idk how anyone can make those comparisons in the 1st place. If it were in a playoff game then yeah, that'd be another story. Losing against Kyler Murray & the Cardinals out west? Na.. Especially after we beat Seattle the week before where nobody thought we'd win that one. You win some you lose some & we all know we're gonna win a bunch more. I couldn't care less about the Cards game
  5. Personally i would've preferred they left him off so i could keep my pitchfork raised, but figured someone needed to update the thread with the news he's been added.
  6. He's been added to their Pro Bowl list now. Reasoning behind how everything played out: https://nesn.com/2020/11/why-patriots-left-nfl-interception-leader-jc-jackson-off-pro-bowl-ballot/
  7. was a tough loss. Hard to be really upset with such a miraculous catch by Hopkins. Yes we left lots of series out there in the 2nd half. We score on any of those drives & its a Bills win. I must say that i thought our D played better than i expected. With the issues to our secondary, i thought we battled all day. Just gotta shake this one off, go into the bye & heal & rest up. Week 12, the Bills circle the wagons on the Chargers... LETS GO!
  8. I'm assuming Levi Wallace, Norman, Marlowe are out & Hyde has been questionable as well. Really puts our secondary in a tough spot. Tre will get Hopkins, but Christian Kirk scares me too. Idk how we'll be able to shut down Arizona's passing attack, so i see this game a lot like the Seattle game, but in reverse. Hoping theres some way we can overcome this & Allen can outscore Murray. Gonna be a tough game for sure.
  9. People are saying the Fox Sports poll is embarrassing & rigged & plagued with massive fraud. Of course nobody has any evidence of that. I think its far more likely Allen just got more votes, not everything is a conspiracy!
  10. 69 - 42.0 Bills over Arizona.... i mean why not?
  11. Suppose when he said 3rd Quarter he could've meant the start of it, ie: halftime. In which case we would've won 2. Still, i wish comedians & announcers would move away from the low hanging fruit of our 4 Superbowl losses. I mean its been like 25-30 years now
  12. Seattle's been dealing with injuries all season. Hasn't seemed to slow them down at all. Rus is playing lights out. So is Tyler Lockett & DK Metcalf. If Rus is required to throw the ball more, that just means he'll air it out more & attack our defense all over the field. When we drop back & cheat to coverage, Rus will gash teams on the ground with opportune scrambles. Its gonna be our hardest game of the season & we've already had a bunch of those. I had been looking forward to this matchup the past couple years, but after seeing how our defense has played, i'm not looking forward to it at all lol. Obviously i'll be rooting for us & hoping we win. But with how our offense has slowed down & our defense exploited, whether it be vs the pass 1 week or the run another.... I just don't have a great feeling about this game. But GO BILLS!!!!
  13. ah that makes sense then. Kinda sucks if thats the case. Would've been cooler had it been the real Sheik & not ran by his managers. appreciate the info
  14. Just saw this online. Anyone know what this is about? I mean i know we're easy to love & all that. Just surprised this ex wrestler from Tehran is tweeting out some love to us. Didn't know where else to post this, but if anyone knows more about it, i'd appreciate learning about it
  15. There are NextGen stats that show separation & league average is 2.7 yards. Gabriel Davis leads the way with 3.8 Cole Beasley is next with 3.6 Stephon Diggs has 2.8 John Brown has 2.8 So all our wrs are above the league average or average. 16. yep... was looking like your typical Bills loss vs New England. Play them hard & tough & almost win. That Zimmer play is what we needed & finally someone on D made a play. Give him 9 game balls. Since the last time we beat the Pats at home was in 2011
  17. i dont think anyone is pretending that. Its been well discussed that our D is underachieving & has major issues. But the flipside to ur statement is that we havent ran the ball well at all this year & ran all over New England too.
  18. Game ball goes to Justin Zimmer. Without that play we lose the game this week. Dude should be heralded as a hero this week
  19. Naturally Poe & Worley both are ex Panthers. Its like they're the only guys we look at lol. But yeah i'd agree totally with everything you said. Can't hurt to see whats there... our defense has been that bad. We should be looking for help anywhere we can find it.
  20. He's not the greatest but he'd be a welcomed addition to 1 of our weakest position groups on the roster. If we have ANY hope at all this year at making a run, Beane needs to do something.
  21. I'm thankful it didn't happen to me, because i wouldn't be able to handle it. I was in the running for $100k on Draftkings this weekend & ended up with $3k. Not bad for a $3 contest. But I was still hoping for more obviously haha. Ive only played on DK for a few weeks & only play 1 or 2 small contests a week. The contests this guy played, people submit like 30-40 entries & often have a program compute & enter their lineups for them. I think the article even said he submitted 43 lineups this week. I'd feel more bad for the person who just played 1 contest versus people like him that play 40, 50, 100 contests. Theyre like the poker shark equivalents of Fantasy Football. Just glad it wasnt me (because it would happen to me) with my luck haha
  22. I hope we need to fear Tua. I lost Dak in my fantasy league. Was 5-0 & had to roll with Kirk Cousins last week & got my 1st loss by 5 pts. I picked up Tua on the waiver wire as my hail mary pickup. I desperately need him to be good haha. I was shocked Miami decided to bench Fitz for Tua tho. I mean i get it, he's the qb of the future & this was their bye week. But Miami's season is going better than many suspected... with chances of making the playoffs, largely based on the solid play of Fitz & what do u do? U bench him in favor of the unproven rookie. Their oline isnt the best & Tua has to build chemistry with his wr's. Devante Parker has been dealing with injuries. It just doesn't seem like a wise move for the short term. Long term yeah for sure. But if i were GM i would've let Tua continue to learn behind FItz & put him in only due to Fitz's play degrading or the season being lost. What if Tua comes in, has a bad game & then all the fans/media 2nd guess that qb switch? Whats that gonna do for his confidence & that team? Of course they could feel totally confident in Tua from what they see at practice too, as theyre more privy to how he looks than us. Guess we're about to find out.... ITS TUA TIME
  23. especially after they restructured his contract & lowered his cap hit from $7.16 M to $5.73 I'll take him on a more team friendly deal. If only he played for Carolina
  24. Anthony Barr is out for the season, Kendricks or a sack of potatoes would help our LB crew tho
