That's what message boards are for.....pondering the "what ifs" IF by some miracle he wins out w/this team then we definitely have to keep him. Everybody can agree that for the past 2 weeks this team has played w/motivation and emotion that we haven't seen for years. I think we also can agree that it's a direct result of the head coach. Everyone has to start somewhere and if he excells this year then I think we would be crazy to go in a different direction. Saying that, we still need to reorg the front office especially w/a new GM.

This is just another reason to dump TW. Get DirecTV and then you won't have to worry about.

Even though I would like to keep TO as well (as long as he continues to deliver) I think the Franchise Tag is a bad idea. We all know how misreable he can make a team when he's unhappy. If he got the tag and didn't like it then you could potentially ruin a possible good year for the Bills.

I actually don't like TO as a person but I do like him as a player. (so far)If we actually make it to the playoffs then I say sihn him for @ least one more year if possible.

The article brought up some interesting points. Especially mentioning that just because the best player available is within reach doesn't mean he's the best pick for the franchise. It also mentions the agents reputation for holding players out is an extremely important fact to consider when drafting a 1st or 2nd rounder. When you add up all these factors it does shed some light on why teams select certain players @ surprising times. Great article!

The only time I ever emailed a "nfl personal" over something negative that happened is when Ed Hoculi blew the call during the Broncos game last year. I actually emailed him (twice accidently) and just told him to keep his head up and ignore the fringe crazy's that were giving him death threats. He actually emailed me back and explained how awful he felt afterwards and thanked me for the support. He's a class act.

I think the one thing that TO is missing is that if he "catches" the ball on 3rd downs it sustains drives, which in turn gives him more of an opportunity to "catch more balls". So basically he is his own destiny. If he would just ponder that for a minute maybe things would be more clearer to him.

I'm as a die-hard fan then anyone else around here and I was picking the Pats to win. Don't get me wrong I was hoping for a win I just didn't feel it was realistic. I would be a hyocrite if I revoked his fan card.

POZ is quickly becomming our John Offerdahl.......a great player w/a lot of talent that can't stay on the field.

Not that it's a real surprise to any of us but Freddy Jackson is a solid player. He has that great mix of a semi-power back when he needs to and also a great 3rd down catching skills back.

I agree w/you IQ.....but a "W" with all that would have been a lot nicer.

The real disaapointment isn't whether they get blown out or not it's whether they should have won. If they get blown out, so be it......but once again they have a game basically in the bag (a la Dallas) and give it away. Those are the ones that are unbearable.

Once again I have my heart ripped out by the team that just can't win......or better put, always finds a way to lose even if they should win. I'm suppose to go to next weeks game w/free access to an executive suite etc and I don't even want to go. I'm numb.
