  1. If Romo can't stay healthy behind the best Oline in the NFL, how long will he be on the field in Buffalo.
  2. Now that the NFL Pro Bowl is being held in Orlando, more Bills Fans need to take part in the weeks activities and lobby Free Agents to sign with the Bills. Not only is it a fun week with NFL players, great weather, super world class entertainment, but we can give Whaley a hand to bring great talent to Buffalo. We all know Whaley could sure use a hand.
  3. If Tyrod Taylor is retained, would it not be best to keep the same offense that we've been running the past two years. Why scrap a top ten scoring offense and instill a new one that will necessitate a learning curve.
  4. Did McDermott hire Kelly? And if so, what connection do they have?
  5. Was it reported how the Pegula's were introduced to McDermott. Did Whaley recommend McDermont to the Pegula's?
  6. By putting Whaley in charge of selecting the next HC for the Bills, the Pegula's have de facto made him the leader of football operations. The fate of the Bills will now lay squarely on Whaley's shoulders. With that being said, I think the next HC will need to be comfortable reporting to Whaley. I suppose some fans and those in the media who want Whaley replaced are not happy with the Pegula's decision. But it is what it is.
  7. Except for Andy Reid and Bill Parcells, most highly exclaimed HC's have had the good fortune of having an outstanding QB on his roster. Many of these HC's were primarily orientated to the defensive side of the ball. It doesn't appear that the Bills need to make it a prerequisit that the next HC be a developer of QB's. What really is neccessary is that the next HC is lucky enough to have an outstanding QB find his way onto the Bills Roster. http://www.nydailynews.com/sports/football/power-couples-ranking-32-coach-qb-tandems-nfl-article-1.2782588
  8. Cardale is a winner. I'm glad the Bill's drafted him. Give him a couple more years to develope and Bills fans will be very pleased.
  9. You can find fault with the Bill's selections of Head Coaches, Draft Selections and Helmet Colors, but they are not dysfunctional. For instance, Had the Ryan Twins been able to put a halfway decent Defense on the field this year, The Bills would now be in the Playoffs and Rex would still be Head Coach. And all these reports of Dysfunctionality would have never happened. If by some chance we can maintain our 7th highest scoring offense and field a defense that can tackle sombody, we will have a better than average shot at the playoffs next year.
  10. I find it hard to believe the ineptness of the Buffalo Sports Media at the Whaley news conference today. No one asked Whaley his "personel evaluation" on Tyrod Taylor performance this year. Specifically did he, Whaley, feel Tyrod did enough to justify signing him for the next season. Instead they allowed Whaley to defect the answer to the topic of resigning Taylor to " standard year end players, coaches, and other Bill's personnel evauation by committee" at a later date. How sad.
  11. It kind of falls into the old saying " don't bite the hand that feeds you". Let's face had the Pegula's not stepped up to save these two franchises for Buffalo, all the great sports minds of the Buffalo Press and Media would unemployed.
  12. I would like to see Tyrod Taylor play for Denver. Then while he's hoisting the Lombardi Trophy, he can ask all the Buffalo Sports Media and fans who think he stinks, how he smells now.
  13. The Bill's Offense this year is 7th in scoring. It's point total is comperable to the four Super Bowl Teams. To paraphrase James Carville's political strategy for NFL football; " It's the Defense stupid".
  14. Over the last 17 years the Bill's have been successful at making (faux football) marketing moves to generate season ticket sales. Of course none of these moves has produced what all Bill's fans want, a playoff game for the team. But these brilliant marketing moves have succeeded in creating fan optimism that turned into sales. Most years these moves were given the benefit of the doubt by the local Press. Perhaps the Press did it because they were more concerned about the Bill's remaining in Buffalo than winning games. Without the Bill's in Buffalo, most of these reporters would have to find real jobs. But I sense this is not the case this year. So with the Press, questioning with a suspecious eye, everything The Pagula's, Russ Brandon or Doug Whaley do, how will the Bill's create the perennial optimism for next season.
  15. For Book Value trading the Bills Franchise for the Browns makes sense. Especially when all the Bill's franchise can get is six bucks a ticket. For any other reason, it's just personal preference. Both franchises will miss the playoffs again. Both franchises have suffered for many years in not being lucky enough to find a QB to build around. But at least with the Bills franchise you have had seven more successful weekly outings than the Browns have had this year. And that's worth something. So like I said, other than Book Value of the Franchise's, it's personal preference. Perhaps it would be easier to just move to Cleveland.
  16. CK has shown he can play LT at a high level. Moving Glenn to RT would put the 5 best Bills Olinemen on the field. Let Pegula worry about how much he is paying for a RT. As a fan I want the best Oline possible.
  17. Bills fans need to take all this "undocumented exclusive inside source material" with a grain of salt. Who benefits from these reports?
  18. Not withstanding his occasional bonehead personal foul, Hughes is our best defensive player.
  19. Based on the results so far this season, I would be more concened about the regression of the Defense than Taylor. Our Offense, with Taylor at QB, can put up points. Our Defense cannot stop the run or the pass.
  20. Depending on the outcome of the Pittsburg game, it might be to the Bill's long term benefit to play the Cleveland game and remaining games like they were preseason.
  21. Why didn't our defense have Oakland go 3 and out? Yes!!!
  22. I think that Tyrod Taylor is not the type of QB that will bring a team back with his arm. However, he can manage a game, is careful with the ball, and can score points. He would be a good QB for a team with a strong defense. I could see a strong case made, that the perfect team for Tyrod Taylor to thrive and be highly successful, year in year out, is Denver. From my perspective, our Defense, or lack there of, is the Bill's number one problem. I don't know if it's the lack of quality defensive players or the scheme that they play. However it's obvious they cannot stop the run or the pass.
  23. This suspension is disgraceful. The NFL should be ashamed of itself.
  24. Orlando, Fl. When ever you guys have had enough of the Bills, send them down to us. Will take them with open arms. GO BILL'S!!!!!!
  25. Congratulations to Cyrus Kouandjio on becoming a US Citizen. Now on to becoming an All Pro.
