I was watching  channel 2 news this morning and Adam Benini and Vic Carrucci were saying that with the way this team is playing that McDermott JUST HAS TO BE on the hot seat. Then they bemoan how bad they played against the Colts and it's just unacceptable for the defense to give up all those points to the 1-5 colts.

Maybe they forgot how critical turnovers are (from the offense) to getting blown out. Guess they forgot how we demolished the Vikings at home and that a superior team can get their butts handed to them by a lesser team.

What I find sad is these clowns can't see the long game that is going on here and that this offseason is going to be used to finish most of the rebuild that is taking place.

    McDermott is going nowhere.

Given a choice, I would rather get rid of these "sports media wannabe's" and keep the current Bills GM and coaches. In my opinion, they should be given at least three more years to build a consistent playoff caliber team.

Buffalo is need of one.  Look Terry and Kim don't know ***** about running a football team and it shows when Terry and Kim gave unlimited power to morons that never were one a football coach before and two a GM who was never a GM before.  Case in point we get a big win in Minnesota and what does Beane do trade someone, we win against Tennessee and we hear Beane wants to trade shady.  You can't run a franchise with a GM that wants to trade every player on the team for his poor drafting blunders.  Players don' t like environments like that. try to sign someone in free agency and tell them  we want to sign you but we don' t guarantee you are going to be on this team at the end of the season. This team is a mess with the McDermott on the verge of losing the team.  If this team loses on Monday night  to the patriots then Beane or McDermott must be fired the next day.

How do you know about Beane trying to trade "someone" after the Minnesota win? How do you know Beane tried to trade McCoy and not the Eagles inquiring about McCoy? What is your source?

We knew going into this season that this year was going to be a difficult year.  There were many weak positions on the team that did not get addressed, (ie backup qb, offensive line, wide receivers, etc.)  It is painful to watch the team that was a playoff team last year have at the very least an uneven performance level from week to week.  It is even more painful to witness the ineptitude of this team during the all too frequent ugly one sided drubbings.

At this point, our expectations are low for the balance of the season.  But prior to the start of the season, many on this board were saying that if we won 4-5 games, and Allen showed improvement, it would be considered a successful season.  The expectation was that we would retool next year and start to be more competitive and move forward.

Nothing that has happened today conflicts with that logical view we had the beginning of the season.  I am as stressed as the majority of the Bills fans about what we have witnessed through 7 games this season.  But I am going to take a more relaxed view and just have faith that the process will work and hope for the best.

My feeling is that I will give McBeane through 2020 to prove they know what they are doing.  After that, if the team is still a mess, then I believe we should move on and start over with a new management team.  thoughts...

    Thank you.

Keep your political views out. That can of worms is too big and everyone’s differing opinions are just that. The one percent don’t pay taxes like everyone else. So please don’t cry any tears for Pegs or Kraft. Their healthcare is fine.

The point is the tax disadvantage the Bills have in obtaining free agents.  That's the topic.

You think that's what he's doing?

His career is now directly linked with Allen.  When Allen busts, McDimwit and his minion, Beane, will be gone...

The longer Allen remains unproven and a potential franchise QB, the longer McD has a job.

That is what he's focused on...the delayed success of Josh Allen.

If wanted to give our team the best chance to win, he would have cut Nate a long time ago and our starting QB on Sunday would be Colin Kaepernick.

I can see how objective your opinion is with " McDinwit" and "minion". That being said, head coaches are judged by wins and losses.

    You must buy in.

    This is the process.

I will say that it was impressive the way McDermott repeatedly sent out the worst QB ever to play, just to make sure Josh Allen looked good. That is accepted as what he did, correct?

Unfortunately, some people are losing it. Do you really believe McDermott wants to hurt his own career by not playing the people he believes give him the best chance to win?

Great hot take, spot on, completely original, how did you come up with it?  I mean, it's completely wrong, but its red hot. You've been fooled and are ignorantly arrogant enough to come and try to show it off what you learned on your coach watching Fox. You're the idiot in the Harvard bar in Good Will Hunting merely regurgitated facts without a single opinion of your own and surely none you could back with actual empirical evidence. Read a book, maybe start with an old edition of Mankiw's Principle of Economics you can find for cheap online.

The issue IS NOT, despite what you've been brainwashed into believing, that someone takes your money. Dweebs like you are fine when taxes you pay cover (warning economics term coming) public goods like defense, which causes a raging erections for GOP war hawks like yourself. You're totally cool with getting taxed to death for buying guns and spending more than the next 9 countries in the world on defense combined, even if it means running  a deficit and even if one more gun and one dollar more in taxation is not necessary. You're also cool with your money being spent on education, or maybe not, I'm not sure you made it past 8th grade.

You're implication, when using the tropes "liberal" and "want money you earned" is that your money is used on people you don't like and therefore do not want to help. Likely, you mean the poor, disabled, unemployed, etc. Simply, you don't want your money going to someone who doesn't deserve it.

That should also mean, but I guarantee it doesn't because people like you are not only morons but also hypocrites, that you're not OK with corporate handouts like Elon Musk got ($750m in NYS taxpayer dollars to built him a factory) or is that cool because he's successful and we should open our wallets to help billionaires and not the poor? How about our annual stadium subsidy to Pegula? Cool with that right?

You can save your indefensible rhetoric and take it to some Proud Boys website where it'll be appreciated sans (means 'without' so you don't have to look it up, it's not in your comic books) proof or evidence.

Nice ramble. But what does your ramble have to do with the Bills being at a tax disadvantage with free agents? Get with the topic.
