It will be at least 2 weeks. I would expect them to have to ride out Allen until Anderson gets up to speed. If he can competency move the chains, they may have to make the switch to not ruin the season.

If this defense keeps it up we may see Anderson soon. Allen just can't move the offense. DC's got film on him and Allen has not figured out how to compensate. With no help from DaBoll.

Well I am finally going to admit that Allen is behind Mayfield, Darnold and Rosen at the moment. I think DaBoll is a big reason for this too. Hopefully the Anderson pickup helps Josh turn the corner, but right now he looks like a lost rookie out there.

Congratulations! God bless you and your family. Now-on the Peterson front. If we could get him signed for 4yrs, then I'd make the deal. This defense would be Top 5 for the foreseeable future. We can focus the draft on OL. WR and the eventual replacement for Shady. Murphy and Hughes replacements in FA and 2020.

I don't see it. Shady has been very vocal about his support for Buffalo and he's bought in. I'm glad they want him around. This also shows the Bills are not in tank mode. The only question baffling me is the faith in our current WR's. They've made moves on the OL, but how they keep coming up empty at WR is troubling.
